@WowUrFcknHxC Though, there are good arguments for not letting cats wander. Not sure about abroad, but housecats in the U.S. are actually the largest threat to bird conservation after habitat loss. Apparently, they kill an estimated 500 million birds a year (and this is a lower estimate). And, anyway, these are domesticated animals and we're talking an urban environment with cars, dogs, etc. So, your forest analogy doesn't really work.
