This is by far the best video-game soundtrack cover I've heard. Such covers tend to have really bad sound quality and performed by more or less unskilled musicians. Really good job! Continue to attack agressively!

people who say that contra force sucked must be deaf. the music in the game is so amazing and totally reminds me of schwarzenegger's 'commando' soundtrack (which i love also) created by james horner. your tune however kicks so much more ass!

I'm not sure what you mean - this remix is extremely close to the source material, just with different instrumentation. Nothing is really changed.

It's not that hard to make a better quality Contra Force remake (with improved features and no-slowdowns). In fact, I'm currently working on a remake myself (not Contra; rather a heist/adventure game), and one of the boss battles contain THIS track. xD I have a MIDI from VGMusic, I was thinking of enhancing it in LMMS

Wow..........that was an awesome remake..........Can you make one for Level 2 ship stage?............level 2 was my favorite music in Contra Force............also this brings back my childhood memories...........i actually found contra force to be a breath of fresh air........better than super C

Although some complain that the "metal" section is a bit slow, so I might re-upload a faster version.
