30 bucks on ebay gets you a 6600 or a 8600 at least, and that is the least I would recommend to play this game enjoyably smooth xD.

I was surprised how well it ran for my 8600, man I had AA and everything and was still getting good framerate.

The highest settings. I think it's called "super high" in the game. Also, it's a dual core. That's why i said (x2).

Uh, yes. This is pretty common knowledge. Pentium D's were the first dual cores. Go under processor in the device manager and see that it lists two cores. Pentium D = two pentium 4's.

They are still okay. Most games today aren't super processor dependent(with some exceptions like GTA4, Farcry 2). You will be fine on pretty much every available game except GTA4 with the pentium D as long as your graphics card is decent. My 9400GT is a pretty shitty card, i am looking to upgrade to a 8800gs, or some ATI card.

Sure. Don't expect maxed graphics, but it will run them both. CPU matters a lot in GTAIV though, so i hope you have a decent one.
