Go small and everything like paths that were not seen before will light up for you and you can follow them. but continue becoming small when the light fades away. Also, you can't jump to places whilst you're small. So you'll just have to chance that.

I think that this is classified as a horror game not b/c it scares you in the moment but rather it's supposed to really fuck with your mind with the random creepy shit...which of course you would have to be really mentally ill in the head or just have an over-reactive imagination to be frightened by this shit for any longer than a night tops.
