To the poster of the video, you can't legally do anything about the UPS guy making his delivery, not should you, he is not involved, and he's just trying to do his job. In the case of UPS it's a paid employee of a different company than the one you work for who has nothing to do with your wages of the strike you are conducting. If it's fedex, the delivery man is the owner of, or an employee of a small business that delivers for fedex, so you're hurting small business by interfering.

I used to work for UPS. I was in training to be a driver, before my 30 days were up. There was a strike. But I wasn't fully in the union yet. My supervisor insisted that I go into work. I drove up and all the picketers said "where are you going? you're not going to work!"

As a Teamster driver for UPS, I am almost certain that this was a manager making the delivery. It is in our contract that we can refuse to cross a picket line to make a delivery, but the company is then allowed to make the delivery with a management driver.
