Of course it doesn't work. You need to do Groundhog day glitch first!. just type at the top Saints Row: The Groundhog Day Glitch then there you go. But when do so go to the theater, without getting in a car. It would help bye using a train and then use the Infinite Sprint cheat. I have more fun with the holy glitch then this one. you have to do groundhog day then go to the dome and yourprivatearea will explain.

Yes it was a really long time ago, a little while after the game was made and some glitches became known. It fixed a couple things like the camera flying around the player upon exiting a vehicle.
