  • cool i have an old kriby vaccum , i wont let it go. it works awsome.

  • The old vaccums are better and are made in the USA. The old vaccums suck air better than todays, here's why... Because the dirt goes through the fan blades of the vaccum to the bag. I call it direct suction. As for newer vaccums, the dirt goes through the removable hose to the dirt container and from there the air goes through the filter leaving the dust behind, through the fan and out the vent holes. This is what causes the vaccum to have less suction. I call this Indirect suction.

  • actually the beater bar is the brushroll, there are brushrolls with real beater bars on them like the VGII

  • i just sort of picked it up as habbit from my mom that heritage was the vac my mom used to use when i was a kid and she always said beater bar =p LOL

  • lol same here, mom always says beater bar but i always say brushroll, well i did use to say beater bar till i learned there was a difference lol
