@Roosevelt7x7 That was an awesome video, if you've never been chased by a big marlin, you should......helluva rush. No one deserves to be injured while fishin. Most dedicated marlin fisherman are also conservationists, who rarely eat marlin, alot like most of the Oregon steelhead fisherman I know......gtpirate02 is a douche bag.

I like the video that I saw on TV where a 600 lb. black marlin jumps into the boat and severely injures the guy in the "fighting chair". Serves him right, there's no reason to fish for marlin. There are plenty of other fish to catch and eat that have large populations. Marlin fishing is for white trash...
