If you knew better you would not use any other medicine. People have been cured from cancer, tumors dissapear....This is a bad thing? Aside from the many many other things that it treats, its no coincidence the pharma co. dont like it.

@lodproductions90 No. Smoking it will not do anything but get you high in this respect. What you're doing here is rendering the oils that contain high levels of concentrated THC. Just google: TCH, cancer, gene, cells or a combo of these words. The truth is out there.

@chkdg8 Actually your incorrect. Studies have shown that people that smoke it are 62% less likely to develope head, neck, throat, brain, and sinus cavity cancers. So smoking it is good for upper body cancers.  Also, my sister told me the other day that she has a small canker sore in her mouth after biting herself on accident. I then noticed something cool, I told her that since I had started smoking my medical MJ, I had not had a sore in my mouth in years. So, smoking does seem to protect.

@lodproductions90 rick says in the audio track that smoking is very ineffective because over 90% of the medicine is just burned away due to the temperature that is too hot (inhaling medically is possible though with a vaporizer, a device that uses the correct heating temperature, google "aromed" or "volcano"... but eating high quality hash is what the video is about)

i've known about rick for a while now. my mom knows him he's been to her house. he lived near her at his home in NS. i'm in NB. today i just noticed my rib has a huge lump on the bone and it hasn't gone away, i never even noticed it before. i have no money to afford to grow weed or buy pounds of it. how the fuck am i supposed to heal myself. that's my question.

I have been growing many years just smoking. But after i watched Rick´s videos i started to give oil to people with arthritis and I cant belive how effective this stuff is. 2-3 days was enough for one of the persons to get really allmost 100% healthy again.

Hmm, is pot a magical cure for cancer? I'm highly skeptical. However, I do believe that the war on drugs has shamefully prevented legitimate research to scientifically verify the medicinal value that THC and other substances may have.

I don't even particularly enjoy weed, but I think the war on drugs is a complete farce. Its time to legalize the stuff that doesn't hurt anyone and re-evaluate our national drug policies. At the very least, open medical research into controlled substances.

@entyrion the cannabinoids (THC, CBD, etc.) in "pot" are not a "magical" cancer cure... the anticancer action activates apoptosis (programmed cell death) and autophagy (self-eating) of tumor cells...

@qnbs7 Don't get me wrong... I have nothing against pot and I'm all for legalizing it, but I'm still extremely skeptical that THC has cancer-fighting abilities that surpass mainstream treatments or placebo effects.

Again, I fully support opening legitimate medical research to determine if this is actually the case or not, but I'm skeptical of taking it on your word, or on the word of some dude on a crusade named Rick.

@entyrion THC and other cannabinoids have anticancer properties that were shown in cell cultures and animal tests and they surpass "mainstream treatments" because cannabinoids selectively affect tumour cells more than their nontransformed counterparts that might even be protected from cell death.

Research can be found online at the National Center for Biotechnology Information, PubMed - U.S. National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health, The Journal of Clinical Investigation, etc.
