  • U made that look easy bro , just got mine

  • I jus picked mine up for 250$ at a dealer !! Sweet

  • Hi Very nice instructional video...Thanks for posting this, I keep forgetting how to get the slide off

    Connie

  • Thanks for this video, I couldn't get the slide to go all the way forward after putting the disassembly pin back in, then I realized the barrel was slid backwards in the slide. Once I made sure the barrel stayed forward, then installed the pin, it worked great! I had a PT111 a few years ago, and loved it, I think I'm gonna love this PT140 too!

  • @The08kingpin Yea I'm thinking I should've mentioned that (re:slide) too. My brother has been looking for one of these and he cant find one for less than $400.I've heard good things about the PT111.

  • Great, my uncle just got one but he has no clue on how to disasemble it *correctly*. Thanks man.

    PS, nice chain man.

  • @kronos929 Glad it helped bro.

  • Thanks man .. This video was very helpful my first time disassembling a gun

  • @jtotheiso Thank you. I havent picked it up since buying an XD-40.

  • thanks good information.. does this break down the same way with a 24/7 compact 9mm . they are very similar in looks ... thanks

  • @MrWeb49 Thats a good question. Honestly I'm not sure.

  • Good thanks I just got one, did not want to mess it up.

  • cut ur nails

  • @diazdaniel1993 Yes ma'am, only on the condition you learn how to spell.

  • @diazdaniel1993 why are you worried about the mans nails? go play with your Barbies! when someone pulls a gun on you and your shit jams because you dont know how to strip and clean it, at least your Lee press on nails will look nice at the funeral. geat video!

  • @doctorstoppage Lol!! Dont feed the troll bro. They like attention, even if its negative.

  • @doctorstoppage dude i just looked up those lee press nails i never heard of that suprising u now wat they r thats how u know ur a lil bitch wen u know name of nails fag like for real thats shameful no bullshit

  • Im gonna be a snob for a minute.. I'm thinking about purchasing one but from the shit I heard about the polymer Tauri, I have my reservations. You have any problems with yours?

  • @NuJoiseyMAN Yea I actually have had a problem with the magazine falling out during firing. I havent been to the range with it since i bought a Springfield XD40. I dont know if the problem was the ammo or the way the magazine release is made.

  • @KlientL I've actually heard a couple of people talking about having this problem, once the magazine release spring gets worn out the recoil from each shot knocks the magazine down. Taurus'll fix it for free, or so I've heard. Great video btw, much appreciated.

  • @oneplusoneischicken Glad you liked the video. Yea I've heard Taurus does fix it for free, I just havent heard good things about the process. I need to look into it though cause I havent touched that gun in a LONG time.

  • Helped me get my PT138 apart

  • thanks

  • damn man this was str8 to the point

  • @cjdistheman1 I appreciate that. Hope it helped.

  • thanks, nice short and sweet.

  • @iwillybilly Thank you.

  • A really nice instruction video. Clearly demonstrated. Thanks for posting.

  • Glad it could help. Thank you.

  • Nicely done. Thanks.

  • Thank you.

  • good video. was having hell of a time gettin pin back in but after seeing it done, it popped right in. thanks

  • I know exactly what your talking about. Thanks.

  • best one so far on this gun...thanks

  • Glad it helped. Thank you.

  • wow, its awesome when someone breaks it down for you and shows how easy its done. Looking at the manual would perplex anyone. Thanks man!

  • Yes that manual is quite perplexing. Its good for reference only.

  • nicely done. I know some have wondered how to take it down easily.

  • Thanks.

  • just bought this gun. Like it a lot and I like even more the fact i can disassemble it now very easily having watched this video. Good job

  • I appreciate bro. I love mine also (even though it gets a lot of flack in the gun world) it serves its purpose for me. Did you get a holster yet? If not I highly recommend the Bianchi 100 Pro. Love it.Fits like a glove.

  • Nice video man.. thanks.. I found the manual to be confusing myself. Now I can finally clean this damn thing!

  • Sorry so late on the response. Yea that manual is good for reference material but the diagram breaks down EVERY part of the gun. Which im sure would be great for a gun smith but not for the common owner.

  • Great video! Wish I had seen it before trying to strip mine for the first time (the instructions in the manual suck...)

  • Thanks bro! Yea the instruction manual is somewhat system overload (for me at least)

  • good ish... have had this gun and yet to clean it, this will help immensely. thanks again!!!

  • Thanks man! yea i didnt clean mine before i went to the range. I dont really think that was a smart idea on my part, but i think that lifetime warranty had me shrugging my shoulders.
