The only FF I actually liked was VII. VIII was nice, but it was too chick flicky, and I liked how VII had a bunch of minigames to break up the repetition, IX bored the crap out of me, X lost the exploration, and once again was like a damn chick flick.

FFVII's atmosphere just really struck me as bland and boring. Granted, I prefer more medieval settings, so it could've just been the change in setting style that deterred me. Aeris' death just reminded me of one muppet killing another. It was poorly executed. I've played other games with similar sequences, even older ones, and I just felt that the execution throughout the entire game was way off.

I wonder which game this this is based off of. Considering the fact that it was obviously another Genesis game, I'm a bit surprised that they didn't use Kid Chameleon as the base. At least that game's vaguely similar to a Mario game.

Doom never scared me much but I remember how immersive it was. When you stopped playing it'd take a few minutes before you could re-adjust to reality.

If Julee can record console games and wants something that'll REALLY creep her out, pick any Silent Hill game. SH3 or Origins would make good vids.

Actually, SH2 and SH4 really didn't delve into the main plot of the series: anything to do with Alessa Gillespie. The original, SH3 and Origins all focused heavily on that.

Speaking of Silent Hill and movies, the SH movie is probably one of the very best films based on a game, almost up there with the first MK.

Anyway, even if it's just using a camera, I'd love to see some vids from you. Any video of NecroVMX's you take part in is usually golden.
