Interesting moves! Reminds me sometimes on "Conan the Barbarian" - Swordplay hahaha. And all that in front off your couch! A great inspiration for couch potatoes like me! But instead of that very expensive clubbells (who aren`t availlable in Germany either) I am used to work out with sledgehammers etc. This works out, too, and looks very manly haha. In front of my own couch, off course!
thank you very much for sharing this. 5-stars, a truely inspirational video. My feeling is that if you shot the next video outdoors you would reach out to more casual viewers. Minor point though.
Cool vid I have some Club bells, Kettle Bells, and Indian Clubs myself and use them quite regularly. Always looking to improve my fitness levels with them.
thanks- after i finish showing them in more detail i will move on to other ideas as well- its a dynamic tool that should be explored more - in the end allot depends on what goals one has and outlook on training with them. wish i had a 35 and 45 :)
they are beasts. i use them for the eccentrics & power applications thru stability. it's a supplement to any weight training program. throw in a few kettlebells--35lbs--& the core gets drilled. this aids all the lifts. better form, more consistent performance. less injuries too
There are some interesting ideas in there. I like the two-handed front leverage press from a low order position to torch position with elbows locked. The presses and pulls that resemble a cannonball firing are interesting too, an element of clubbell training I've never tried until today. Keep it up!
i have tried to create ways to use it without being overly comfy with what i already know - and at first some of the concepts seems out of reach but after a while i realized i can smooth them out and break them down!
i figured the best way to learn somthing new and retain it better is to document it - and thats what i am going to do, each concept you see me do here i will do my best to explain the mechanics of them - have some cool concepts for my kids when they grow up. thanks
Very cool video there bro a bit of a suprise too to see something different like this, yeah I think it'll be great training and help for the power in sword training! Great work as ever bro and I love your determination....there's not many poeple that are as determined and train as hard as we do so from me you brother accross the sea haha 1 martial brother to another
I want you to know I think you're doing great and keep it up as you're not alone even though we are alone in our paths of training! 500000000 stars and faved!
Damn dude, I never knew your body was that fit. Haha. That would help sword flows so much. Like great for your arms in general . New video, nice idea. I love it really un expected but great none the less brother. =) I want a club bell. LOL
google them and find the official website were u can learn more about them and stuff - u will be in good hands- i deal with mainly exploration of new ideas and ways to use these tools.
also they work your entire body- not just the arms!

cool, i would enjoy and be good with any clubbell if only i had it. i would use them now as well.
the onyl injuries i get from training is when i hit a tree the wrong way,lol never from a clubbell.
funny the clubbell pros always try to disscredit my form as harful ,
hope you enjoy my future concepts that i will share- i know some people do:) and SOME dont, lol
