you get up to the top of that base thing and get the choice to blow up several locations such as the base rivet city vault 101 and even the citadel

you can only blow up the citadel or that base. when you click on the vault 101, rivet city, megaton it says the satalite isnt in the correct orbit.

I did this a night and it looked pretty tight. Also, when you call in the airstrike you have the option of also choosing megaton, the citadel, and various other places. I didn't try any, but I'd like to know if any of them work.
