I don't know about Seether being better than Nirvana though. I'd call it even. Neither are super good imo. Their both good, but they're no Peal Jam or even Shinedown. They're just not as diverse musically.

I'm looking at the discography of their earliest shit, and I see alot of Nirvana covers, but NOT ONE KoRn song, I also even see a Pearl Jam cover, and no KoRn covers. I believe you that in clubs when they first started that they probably played some KoRn songs, but I think they were more revolved around Nirvana, otherwise they wouldn't havn't produced they're own EP's named after Nirvana songs! come on!

"Love Her" which was later released on D2. actually they started out as a Korn cover band first (not Dale or Nick Oshiro, just Shaun did with some chick), then they covered alotta Nirvana and just became a Nirvana cover band, and then became Saron Gas, and when they came over here to America, Wind-up records made them change their name and now we got the greatest band in the world....SEETHER!

Well someone on another video by Seether said that they sound like Creed. Not that I have anything against Creed but personally I would rather be compared to Nirvana. And while you can tell there is some influence there and his voice can sometimes sound like Kurt's, lot's of there songs sound totally different. My favorite song is still one of the first ones I heard by Seether...Driven Under. It's one of those songs you never get tired of listening to.
