  • Girl look at that body, he works out

  • I can bench press 475, I weight 220. This is still a good bench though! Good job.

  • Nice lift man. Fuck the people who don't know shit. They've not got any proof of what they say.

  • sick lift man

  • i dumbbell bench press 18 tonnes and im 2 years old and weigh 2lbs

  • @Kirkee2010 that's impressive...

  • @mcfartard ahaha yh

  • how much was your body weight in this video?

    great lift btw.

  • @lett9911 195

  • @bmoresgent 195? You look like 230 at least.

  • @AlGhaffar That's the key, to look bigger then you really are.

  • @bmoresgent I know that. I am just saying, if you really are 195 that's great.

  • @AlGhaffar I understand, right now I'm 205 but I look small then I do in this video. I haven't been hitting the gym as hard as I use too.

  • @bmoresgent I see. Good luck, bro :)

  • @bmoresgent

I think that might actually be a good thing. All that means is that you lost fat and grew muscle?

I've known people who workout and even though they gain weight they end up looking slimmer.

    Not bad!!! :-)

  • @bmoresgent well u definitely look heavier... how tall are you?

  • @bmoresgent How did you add so much on your bench in only 8 months?

  • you can easily do 385 with the belt on

  • wow dude how did you up ur poundage so fast!

  • @35805 @SmexyPC I should add I've always been strong. I was about 15 or 16 and 145lbs and I was on the football team. We had a bench press contest (I didn't win) My first attempt was 135, second attempt was 185, and third attempt was 225 I hit all three. It was my first time ever doing the bench press. I couldn't keep going because we only had three attempts. The crazy thing is when I started in the gym months before this video I couldn't get 225 but I guess the strength was always there.

  • @bmoresgent what the fuck man thats so unfair!!!!zzzzzzzzzzzzz natural superman... ZZZ WHY MUST I BE ASIANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNZZZ

haha okay anyway whats your training program like? that still crazy growth ( jealous fucking max )

  • @bmoresgent Dude, your a monster. Try crossfit and compete in the games; with your raw strength you would destroy and go pro. It's not pro like other sport organizations in terms of pay but nonetheless . . .

  • @35805 probably muscle memory, noob gains. (gains from starting/re-starting a lifting program)

  • they doubting u @bmoregent think u need a new video

  • @MrWriteNuffCed Its on the way

  • yo the spotter look like he stronger than u son! LLS

  • @MrWriteNuffCed LLS that's fun coming from the spotter

  • 365 STEROID press!

I'm 13, all natural, 203lbs, no STEROIDS and I push 430lbs RAW and STRICT!

  • @AndyHarglesis Prove it

  • i have been working out for 13 months when i started i was at 80 pounds now i am at 295

  • i started working out last year i started at 80 pounds now it has been 13 months and im at 295

  • @bmoresgent u would smash that weight if u dig those feet in the ground. that was "light weight baby" for u lol

  • I'd smack my fucking spotter he touches my weight with out permission! I had a guy on my football team try that shit. I was attempting the highest weight on our varsity football squad at 265. The guy spotting me had the prebious heaviest lift at 250 tied with two other people. I was about to beat him when he reached for the bar while spotting me, because that would void my lift. i screamed out "Don't touch my fucking weight" and he backed off. I graduated with the highest bench of the year.

  • @ThelegendAtlas Congratulations, how old are you now and are you still lifting?

  • @ThelegendAtlas "I was attempting the highest weight on our varsity football squad at 265." Really?

  • @hampsted42 Maybe it was a small school.

  • @hampsted42 Eric Avalos at La Puente High School California 500lb bench press 17 years old.

  • @ThelegendAtlas

I'm a fresh man and I put up 185. Our senior record this year is 345 , I'll be doing 265 easy by next season.

  • @ThelegendAtlas hey your like one of those ass holes who no one likes right!?

  • @ThelegendAtlas 265? Dude thats some bitch weight

  • @ThelegendAtlas maybe you sound like your roid raging...

  • Officially, if your spotter touches the bar it doesnt count as a clean lift. The fact that you had to pretty much all the way up it does count as a lift your spotter should never touched the bar if you wanted to avoid HATERS like @TheCmartin25. That was really good.

  • @kevinsapokguy The next time I attempt this lift ( in about three weeks) there will be no spotter and I will get on the scale first to prove my weight.

  • @bmoresgent woah woah there champ have a spotter is totally different than not having his hand touch the bar. I think you should have the spotter ALWAYS! But i do believe you can do the weight to what ever you put your mind too. And yea how much do you weigh?

  • @kevinsapokguy Right now I'm 210

  • @bmoresgent Nice nice well get cho weight up boy your more than capable. Best of luck to ya

  • nice lift!

Whats your squat and deadlift like? You would make a good powerlifter

  • @carbiduis My squat and bench press are around the same right now. Deadlift I'm not sure about because I rarely do it.

  • @bmoresgent

deadlifts get you strong! i thought it was a myth. I do 4 sets of 315 pounds 10 reps.

  • If the person who is spotting for you even touches the bar it doesn't count as a lift. You DIDNT GET THAT SHIT.

  • @TheCmartin25 It really doesn't matter

    1. If you look at my videos you would see me doing 335 and 345 on the same day

    2. I did 375 right after this set but the camera battery died and the spotter didn't touch the bar

    3. My Max was at 400lbs about a month later

    4. you have no videos so you shouldn't be talking

  • @bmoresgent damn bro frmo janury to september u increased your bench from 190lbs to 375lbs? dude please tell me what you did lol. thats just amazing.

  • @bmoresgent Doesn't mean anything 405 is a weight of the best anyone can do that pimp

  • @TheCmartin25 are you kidding me. he already had it on the way up and the spotter barely applied any pressure, he was just playing it safe. of course he got that shit

  • @KmyFood Some time in August I will be posting another video like this. I will get on the scale first to so my weight and then bench 365lbs or more without a spotter.

  • legs seem a bit skinny man.

  • @HoBLifyX Looks can be deceiving

  • @bmoresgent I agree, guy on my football team has fucking chicken bone legs but can squat 500 pounds. It's all in the ass muscles

  • @Atlasx0x I work legs just as much as I do chest but the lower half won't grow. My thighs have nice size but lower have of my legs are kinda slim.

  • @bmoresgent im the same way.... ive always had big strong thighs and kinda small calves. and i do heavy ass weight on the calve raises. more than the guys that have calves twice the size.. lol but someone told me that when people have small calves, its for sprinting. lol he said i have sprinting calves. im a 220 lb guy but i beat 150 lb guys in the sprints.

  • @Atlasx0x why do you know about a dude's ass muscles? YIKES!

  • @HoBLifyX I have to agree with bmoresgent. I'm not heavy by many people's standards my shanks (lower half of my legs) are considerably small and I normally squat more than someone twice my size can. It's disappointing that so many people use limb size as the determinant of an individuals strength capacity. Show's the prevalence of ignorance kinesiologists, strength and conditioning coordinators and effective trainers are trying to eliminate.

  • @tmcdougald Thank you, when somebody has a big bench people are quick to say "all you do is bench" but in my case I do legs every week.

  • @HoBLifyX Who cares about the legs; you ain't trying to look pretty like these other fools. Good pressing though

  • Were you on gear when you started lifting? Going from benching 190 to 365 in 9 months is crazy.

  • @Pbtbreakingpoint After working out for about three months I started using supplements that you can buy at GNC. No JUICE

  • @bmoresgent Were most of the gains coming from muscle memory?

  • @Pbtbreakingpoint Before I started the last time I benched I was 15 years old and my max was 225lbs so there was really no "muscle memory"

  • @bmoresgent What did your macros look like? Did you only focus on bench the whole time?

  • @Pbtbreakingpoint I never eat right so I don't have any information for you on the macros. Most days I would only eat one time a day and maybe a shake or two. I did bench once a week but maybe on Saturday I would do a full body workout with only isolation exercises so my so in a way all muscles where hit two times a week.

  • @bmoresgent I honestly have my doubts that you increased your bench 175 lbs in 9 months with no diet setup and with none if it coming from muscle memory.. Once you hit 315 your gains slow down incredibly. But hey, if you really did then congrats and you have some of the best genetics i've ever seen.

  • @Pbtbreakingpoint No lies, thats the way it was done. I have a younger brother (21) and his max is 400+ not sure of the exact number but he got there in a little over a year . Without a diet or anything illegal to boost his gains. So I like to think its genetics.

  • Do you ever do Zeros/Negatives on benching?

  • I weigh 85lbs and my max is 500lbs and i am just 13 yrs old

  • @playboyx85 lol epic troll

  • Ever considered high intensity?

  • Hell of a lift, man. Hell of a lift. If you could give me some pointers, I'd appreciate it. I'm turning 16 in a month and I weigh 215 lbs. and max at 295 lbs. What's the best way to gain muscle. Man, I'm trying to get were your at. I really don't know why people are thumbs down this video. It was a good lift, man.

  • @MrJunior81095 Thanks, Check out my my video titled full chest and tricep workout. It gives some details on how many sets I do and things like that. it also shows my bench progress on a monthly bases.

  • why the hell are there that many thumbs down?!

  • great job. Not sure why so many thumbs down. I did thumbs up

  • @RiseofBane Thanks, I think its part about my spotters hands touching the bar and the other other have don't believe I was 195lbs.

  • @bmoresgent or maybe u didnt lift straight up, u kinda went inclined toward the spotter at the end, that helps a little bit. But even so, I think it's good job and ur powerful enough

  • im 13 202lbs of solid natural power and i bench 430lbs raw, no gloves, full range and it's the truth. I have a vid to prove it.

  • @AndyHarglesis no one really cares..if u have a vid, post it, dont comment on other peoples videos about how awesome u are. tlking doesnt prove shit, actions do

  • "I got that shit"

    Damn right!

  • great lift

  • Very good job bro. n0 matter how much u weigh but how hard u work ..I weigh 180 lbs and my max was 445lbs one rep..so Keep at it.

  • @CiOnDaddy Now that's a goal I would like to reach

  • @CiOnDaddy I weigh 25 lbs, and my max was 1000 lbs one rep, so YOU keep at it CiOnDaddy. BTW, I was just born 3 months ago.

  • @portiabrat well said...i hate it how ppl pull shit out of their ass about benching this and that and they have no vids up of them....they are probly some skinny fucks trying to look cool online

  • @portiabrat LOL impressive :P

  • @CiOnDaddy post a video or it didn't happen.

  • props to that i got 550 in competition on my best but i been slackin for a while now im only gettin sets of 10 with 275 nd i weigh205 now so im in a whole new wieght class check my vid if ya want im puttin more up soon

  • If you didnt help him then keep your damn hands off the bar! That guy got it but that dude spotting would drive me nuts

  • Keep practicing you may do it twice

  • Nice lift mann. Keep at it.

  • @bigplayray09 Thanks man, I subbed to you about a year ago. Keep working hard in the gym.

  • nice dude

  • 5'9", 192, and i got 335 for one rep. you're strong man, strong.

  • @magicman4130 Keep it up mann. You are on your way

  • haha everyones sooo jealous damn

  • Your not 195 pounds. Unless ur 5'2". PZ.

  • @warmach1ne14 5'10 and why can't I be 195 pounds? because I'm not skinny? Frank Zane 5'9 Contest: 185 lb

Off-season: 200 lb. I'm 205 now but next time I get the chance I'll jump on the scale just for you.

  • @bmoresgent That sounds about right I guess. Hey man, do what you gotta do. 365 for your weight is pretty fuckin good dude, keep it up.

  • @bmoresgent Youre comparing yourself to a competition level body builder on the day of a contest? Frank Zane was 185 contest and 200lbs the day after. But you arent 195lbs man. Regardless 365lbs bench press is strong even at 225.

  • @ShaunMood True but I was 195 I have never been over 210 in my life. I deleted a few of my videos but in videos that was recored days before and days after this one I show myself on a scale at 194 and 198. the 194 ones about a week before and the 198 was about five days after and it was posted to prove I was under 200lbs.

  • @bmoresgent Some asshole said the same thing to me on my video...It was probably the same asshole. There just mad becaue they will never lift anything other then a remote control.

  • Thats some really good shit, especially for your weight at 195 lbs, keep it up man!!!!

  • @NPurcell89 Thanks

  • u need a new spotter

  • @stfuandLiftBtCh I was a little pissed about that. I did 375 next and my battery on my camera died so it was just a bad day for me.

  • u should be near 400lb on the bench by now

  • @TheMark76ers Should be, I stop working out for a year right after this video then I started back for a few months then I had to stop again for another year and a half. I just started back two months ago. I've been making weekly videos to show where I'm at.

  • Good Lift !

  • @100reck Thanks, you have some nice videos

  • Did you know that the majority of bars are 20kilos or in other words 44pounds? You're at a commercial gym so it is definitely a 20 kilo bar so technically you benched 364 pounds not 365. I demand you change the title!

  • good work

  • @blueribbonbullies Thanks

  • @bmoresgent thats real nice! i like the way you lift.

  • @cartmenkillsyou Thank you

  • nice lift

  • @ttorzzz Thanks, I like your floor press videos.

  • I'm trying to get my bench up to this point. How'd you do it?

  • @boxxybrownn The things that worked for me may not work for you. But Just watch my other videos that show my complete chest and tricep workouts for a few months.

  • ok, so he says "i got this" AFTER he benches it, i thought you say tht b4 you do it?? lol

  • @Mackdaddy1441 LOL, it was my first time trying it. I did 315 for the first time 20 minutes before this lift so I was just happy.

  • @bmoresgent i would be too dude, i can only get 230 right now and im 16, what you just did is my goal for the end of my senior year

  • @Mackdaddy1441 Keep working at it you will get there.

  • @Mackdaddy1441 Putting on a 135lbs in 2 years seems hard as hell...

  • @Conrad0032

Piece of cake. Literally. I can do it in 1 year, I have Maccas nearby. Ta-ta-ta-tum-tum

  • @Conrad0032 not as hard as it seems.. if you are just starting out and/or haven't reached a peak.. numbers will spike quickly.. of course with proper supplementation and diet and hard work

  • ohhhh very good!!!

  • good job dude

  • @TheMark76ers Thanks

  • 25 years old ?? damn your weak!!

  • Tell your spotter to get out the way.. I HATE when a spotter touches my bar. The first thing i tell a spotter is hand me the bar and get out the way. Dont touch it unless i tell u to. He ruined your vid bro.

  • they should make some kind of a competition where these big guys that work out shave their bodies, put on a nice tan and then go out on a big stage once a year to flex and pose for everybody. i would call is the mr olympia or somethin like that i think it has a good ring to it. nobody steal my idea.

  • @MrRanger1987 LMFAO

  • @MrRanger1987 That sounds gay. Good luck finding anyone to participate.... What's next, make em wear thongs and check if their glutes are striated?

  • @MrRanger1987 I have an idea. They should make a button where you can disapprove of someone's comment, then mark them as spam, as I did to yours. EVERYONE use my idea!

  • dude that is amazing can you give me tips i strugle to do 50 kg can u give me tips i wanna be able to do 100 one day or more i need your help please

  • is that 365 pounds? if it is wot is that in kilos?

  • @scotland1989able Around 165.5

  • @bmoresgent holy shit!!!! i can only bench 100kg and im 210 pounds how much do u weigh and wot age r u?

  • @scotland1989able At the time of this video I was 195 25 years old

  • @bmoresgent What kind of an idiot cant do simple math and convert kg to lbs and lbs to kg omfg Yes the conversion in 1kg = 2.2 lbs

  • @thebigjg Maybe he forgot simple math.

  • i recently started lifting. when i started i weighed 176 now im up to 193 in only 2 months. im jsut wondering if me weighin almost 200 and only benchin 260 is a bad thing. help me out

  • @chubzy14 That puts you in between Intermediate and Advanced. At 198 the standards are like this Un-trained-135 Novice-173 Intermediate-213 Advanced-289 Elite-362

  • @bmoresgent so im on the right track?

  • @chubzy14 yes

  • great shit bro. stay strong

  • @lilticklez Thanks

  • damn nice haha howd u get so strong brother?

  • @LinebackerUSC Squeeze your shoulder-blades before getting on the bench. Keep your shoulder-blades back & down at all times. This gives your body a solid base to press the bar from.

Chest Up, don’t allow your chest to go flat or shoulders to roll forward. You’ll lose upper-back tightness, losing power & increasing risk of shoulder injury. Keep your chest up at all time.

  • im impressed, good job man =)

  • @macielo Thanks

  • It's really impressive to see someone bench heavy without leg drive. Your legs are moving all over dude, use those in your press and you'll add a good 25lbs.

  • @Liftheavy715 Thanks, So some reason I have a real problem with that. When I'm warming up with 135 I still do it

  • @bmoresgent What exactly is leg drive and how does it help?

  • @pjohnson20 Leg drive is a part of pressing few people understand it can give increased power out of the bottom of the movement. Feet on the floor, feet and legs parallel to the bench. Your knees bent at about 80 degrees with your heels dug into the floor. At the moment you begin to push the bar up, drive with your feet, pushing your heels hard into the floor. In essence, try to use your heels to slide your body up the bench. that push backwards will translate into an upward push on the bar.

  • @bmoresgent never knew that... thanks. any other bench tips?

  • you need to work out your legs man...the rest of your body will get bigger...nice bench though...SOLID

  • @Dengsta123 Thanks, I work my legs once a week like the rest of my body.

  • @bmoresgent you put that 365 up pretty easy man. I have a hard time building my legs. I find that running as well as riding a bike 10 miles a day or so makes them stronger than actually doing squats. Squats feel wrong when you got heavy for some reason...like you're smashing your organs and shit

  • @Dengsta123 You made two good points, I also hate going heavy on legs because it just feels wrong. The weight feels light but my form feels like it's all jacked up. I do front squats most of the time because it's very hard to do them with bad form.

as for the running, I ran track for many years (before I started working out) and my legs where very strong and big because of it.

  • haha the bar was bending

  • nice, did you push your shoulder blades in together? n try lowering the bar lower almost like below the chest u'll push up more

  • @lowdagaramhai Yes I always "push" my shoulder blades in It's something I learn when I first started benching. Now your other tip is new to me, I'll try it next time I do chest.

  • have you tried powerliftin technique? heels inline with your hips and back arched..it helps ALOT...nice job though
