Carnival of Blood and Curse of the Headless Horsemen should be studied in film classes as how not to make movies.

This is the kind of double feature that back in the day must have either put people to sleep, leave the drive-in, or do something else there (i.e., couples making out in their cars, little kids running around sling-shotting other cars, go to the bathroom, etc.).

You know, it's not the same to have bad direct to DVD movies. There was something better about having a sort of run-down 2nd run movie theater to show this crap. Also, there seems to have been more creativity and heart put into these old crap movies than today. I think it's because back then, the talent involved in the production still gave it their all even though they knew it was ultimately trash. Now, everyone knows it's trash from the beginning and could care less.

God I LOVE this film! From its theater workshop cast to seeing lots of Coney Island at its absolute seediest. Feels almost like watching someone's home movie. It's great!

Just rented and watched this film from Netflix. Wow, this movie is truly horrible! However, everyone should watch it simply to see a young Burt Young in the saddest role of his life.

This movie was Burt Young's, aka Paulie from Rocky, first movie. Love his oscar worthy scene @ 1:31.

Also love the tagline at the end - "Witness the unfolding of these detailed events with a friend. Someone who might remain unchanged throughout this traumatic experience." I definitely feel like it would be near impossible for anyone to sit through this movie UNCHANGED. lol
