  • at least people in Venezuela aren't as idiotic as here

  • Like the song goes - "This is how we do it." Just too cool. Shavez!

  • Hmmm I wonder if the same superb journalism has been used in Libya?

  • @msugda

Corporate media is 100000% lying about the events in Libya.. The CIA behind all these so called "pro-democracy" uprisings.. They are using lies that Gadafi is "killing his own people" to intervene and overthrow him and install a puppet and destroy all of economic advances.

  • @xMaXiMuSx If the CIA is as involved as you say, why is the US government and military refusing to go beyond a support role? And it's lot like their fighting against a democratically elected government, or even one that's supported by the people of the country. Even Russian anti-american propaganda is on the side of the rebels in the war. I know it's a stretch to say the people of Libya support the rebels, but saying they support Gadaffi is just as much of a lie.

  • @dave19941000

they support gadaffi, you should see the pro Gadaffi protests.. MILLIONS.

  • @xMaXiMuSx Your joking right, in a country of 6.6 million with only 1 city with more then a million people, I don't see how that's possible, even if his supporters are in the millions and from what the news, and I mean credible news not american propaganda, shows, it's unlikely the # of pro-Gadaffi is more then the # of pro-rebels. Although Iraq is a perfect example of US tyranny, Libya, in both it's rebels views and the small role the US plays, is not.

  • @dave19941000

oh yeah it's possible.. There was MASSIVE 1 million +++ protests in favor of Gadaffi.

  • @xMaXiMuSx Considering it's a country where most work all day to get the essentials, I don't see how 1/6th of the whole country, or 5/9th of it largest city, could spear the time to protest in favor of him. And what does the US stand to gain from the civil war? The US is already the #1 destination of Libyan oil, the 2nd and 3ed being European countries that are US allies, really the US has nothing to gain from it.

  • leaders and masses of so many countries have a lot to learn from Chavez. He's one brave soldier who has dared to tell the satanic US government to back off. Way to go Chavez! (btw, I'm not Venezuelan).

  • This is so lopsidedly biased it's a little pathetic. Calling it a documentary is almost a stretch. There are facts in there, but there is an awful lot of ignoring other facts such as how Chavez has used as much or more of the money to support leftist agendas in other countries, how he has had the constitution changed at least twice so he could maintain power by nearly unlimited terms, and how unsuccessful some of his takeovers of private business and land has been (stealing in effect).

  • @BMayhew60 did you watch the whole thing?

what about the school of the americas?

    huh?

  • @BMayhew60 so basically your saying hes doing the exact same thing except against corporations for the good of his people? or because it does not benefit the american government? banks in American steal land and money everyday, along with the court system, but they do it by keeping the people dumb and unaware, are you aware that American borrows money from a private bank and pays it back in interest, its called the federal reserve, next time you get any american money give it a look.

  • @BMayhew60 have you watched or read n e thing on chavez? he clearly says hes not capitalist or a Marxist, hes taking on a new way and its working for his country better then the old way, so whats the problem? because it doesn't benefit the United states? Banks and the U.S states court help take away peoples rights all the time, for example the patriot act and any other act or statute that does not construe with the Common Law of the Land. its all unlawful and Fraud.

  • @BMayhew60 so you its wrong for chavez to kick foreign and unlawful corporations out of his country? why not? America does it... your a joke, try having an open mind instead of the patriotism that blinds you from the real world. everything you got is opinion from what you see on t.v , you don't know whats going on there so don't pretend like you do

  • As technology gets better it will be harder to keep the media in the peoples control.. this is the first time in HISTORY that the media is truly in the control of the people.

Fight for your rights....to partay.....your political party!

  • free the fuhrer

  • 5:0 - 6:0 brings a fucking tear to my eye every time. Seeing the opressed working class of the world unite is a beautiful thing.

I don't think the middle class of America will ever understand the struggle.

I'm visiting Venezuela next July, if anyone has a spare room or knows a good bed and breakfast or hostel please let me know

  • Democracy Sucks

  • With absolute millitary power over any country, and absolute moral power over its own media, comes absolute corruption over its complete system.

  • Hundreds of thousands of people thwart the coup and America says the Chavez was responsible. The nerve. What was the American media saying?

  • Is it just me or did anyone else think Chavez's wife is smoking hot, god damn!

  • To all those of you, who think that Chavez is such a hero and decent man, please come to our Country and see for yourselves what 11 years of Chavez's regime has done to our Country and our people. We have more deaths than a Country at war and the embarassment of mundial proportions, called PUDREVAL. Come and see then post a comment based on facts not the lies of a comunist reporter in favor of all dictatorships around the world...

  • @gandibue He might not be a very good person, but the person sent to replace him was UNELECTED and a true dictator by defination. I agree the country would be better if it was a true democracy (republics are not really democracies), but there was IMPROVEMENT when he came in, although there could have been better improvement.

  • @gandibue you not even in venezuela? wat are you talkin about. i believe you are some european spaniard muthafucka living here. if you even live here? i doubt that very seriously. you might live in los estados de imperialistas... cabron.. ta pura mientiras.. viva chavez!!!

  • it gives you hope for humanity when you see ordinary people, with only hope as their fuel, risking everything to free their country from dictators

  • Cobardes golpistas, salieron corriendo como los llorones que son

  • Is not only the media that is need to be blamed. We also need to blame ourself for being too ignorant about the "real" situation in this world. Most of them just rely information from media without looking up for more information.

  • Fascism. It's what's for dinner. :)

  • Or so they thought ...

  • US is out of control. These savages have gotten away with murder and nobody is doing anything about it except for few around the globe. We need to put our powers together so we can bring down US infrastructure.

Without resources US govt is useless. Mainly oil. Cut the pipe lines and they have no way to power their war machines.

  • @marvelous211 YOU ARE AN IDIOT!!!

  • @jbmb63 You are a terrorist. Truth hurts I know. The world hates you and even some Americans can't stand your own barbarism.

  • @marvelous211 I agree. I think the best tactic would be to use America's own tricks against it. If the world embargoed the US as the US has embargoed Cuba, Iraq and countless others their attitude would be forced to change. We have to ignore short-term profits and hold strong to our principles. No one in the world wants suffering, yet we are complicit in it by ignoring it for so long. Let them produce what they need for themselves. It might be a character building experience for them.

  • US is a joke. I've been spied upon and tortured because I didn't do what older white people in the US probably with political power want me to do while living in the edge of their society. In fact these terrorists call it Assimilation. Almost 10 years they use their society and institutions play games with my life. When my life was ruined they gave me an ultimatum. Either do as they say and get some money or get tortured. At the time I didn't know who was doing this so I chose my own fate.

  • I told them to fuck off. Then I was taken to their institutions and tortured with chemicals. They still spy on me but now I figured out a lot more things about Americans. I don't pay much attention nor do I try to associate with them like how I used to with an open mind. They are clearly terrorizing and stealing everything around the world. That's US government for ya.

I can't believe these monkeys think they can control my personal life. FUCK USA!

  • Miami stinks.

  • The concept of Democracy is based on "the people ruling", not the elite ruling the people. Democracy in the western world has been distorted and manipulated to serve the Elite . of. for and by the people no longer exists and the NWO have taken control.

  • Chaves is the America Continent democracy.

  • Just like in Chile with Pinochet.

  • The media's the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that's power. Because they control the minds of the masses. Malcolm X

CIA backing a coup? i'm not exactly shocked. They do get up to a lot don't they?

  • And that's why towers are targeted

  • @mooners40 the murdochs and the packers are 'the media'

  • @mooners40

IT's not "backing" it.. They organized/funded the whole things including the anti-chavez propaganda on the private channels..

  • Yep.

  • soooo... let me get this right. they chant Democracy while dissolving congress the senate and installing an unelected president?

  • I know, what a sham! Total madness!

  • The "funniest" thing was, that they cried "democracy" as they made the coup with an unelected president. How stupid must people be, so manipulated, that they believe this antagonism?

  • wow. the u.s. media is the best in the world at spinning the facts. they deserve an emmy award for that.

  • @JAPHOR Man the U.S. media is crap these days and I would listen to Joseph Goebbels and get more truth. P.S. Screw Bush!

  • @JAPHOR Maybe an Oscar too, it is a great story line...They're brilliant at making a difficult and lifelong issues of a country into a concise and truly biased 2 liners.

  • @JAPHOR I will never watch CNN, CNBC, and whatever channel from USA again.

  • @thien3011

The US is doing the same thing in Arab countries right NOW.. The US is ochestrating these protests using similiar tactics by hijacking private TV stations, facebook, tweeter and do so on.. They also have provocatuers on the ground killing people to blame on the regimes, that's what they are doing in Syria.
