Although, 4minutes just debuted and we cant judge them fully yet, but in my opinion they definitely arent going to be as popular as the other girl groups especially 2NE1 (I could be wrong). 2NE1 has become so popular and already have dedicated fans. All Im saying is that 4minutes are going to have to step it up, be original, dont be like 2NE1, and have a better live because their live debut wasnt good. They just need to keep getting better like what 2NE1 did.

most korean girl bands do lack originality, but if it didn't sell and if it wasn't as commercial as it is, would they still do it? korean record companies have found a pattern and they're going to milk it for what it's worth.

a part of that pattern they find that sells is the use of english words. it's catchy for the most part, korea definitely has been influenced by western culture and the larger portion of their target demographic seem to like it.
