I was raised on health foods--not popular in the 1960s. So eating "healthy" has been fairly easy for me. And lately, I eat whatever the heck I want, still preferring fruits and vegetables, because now I know that two vibrations about the same thing means trouble. So now, when I'm about to dive into a big juicy burger, I say, "OH, I CAN'T WAIT TO DIVE IN. I LOVE THIS BURGER." And would you believe that I'm at 125 pounds, lighter than ever. There is nothing more important to me than feeling joyful

I decided I was going to do it, got excited about it then took inspired action to call my BF who is a music LOVER, who pointed me in the direction of 'surf music from the 60's", then I said this will be easy to find, and after about 15-20 min of searching I found it :) LOVE LOA
