on guitar centers website the Hot rod 50 has a white faceplate like in the video and the 100 has a black one, also the tone knobs are different on the 100W

@ToUrDome09 Im pretty sure its a Maxon 808 OD pedal. It has 3 knobs but the one tone knob is smaller and you can't really see it at certain angles.

Probably the best sounding of the lot... Mesa Mark V runs in second, more compressed though. Soldanos has allot of air... it breathes.

@FourthHorseman666 Only the overdrive circuit is the same. The SLO uses different potentiometers (mounted to the chassis & flied to the board), trannies (DeYoung, ONLY available in the SLO) and a few other things. SLO is a bit more articulate and has an actual clean channel unlike the Hot Rod's crunch channel. They're all good, IMO!!! I've had a Hot Rod 50, an Avenger 100, & now have the SLO. The Avenger is an absolute BEAST for metal, aaaaand cheaper than the Hot Rod!!!

This sounded awesome through the ENGLs, but this amp has a little extra "something-something" that the ENGLs seemed to lack. Not too sure how to describe it... the ENGLs were more aggressive, but the Soldano seems more natural sounding.
