unfortunately in many instances and places, ignorance and might makes right (AKA the guy with the gun is used to being the figure of authority and will enforce his beliefs on the spot, far before he shows any interest in learning about any loopholes to the statutes you may uphold).

Still this is one of the BEST series of videos I have ever seen and I have a TON of homework out of it. THANK YOU!

PS: Question: is all of this essentially the same in the US or is it very different?

When I got there I was told it was entered incorrectly and I didn't actually have to be there, and when I asked for a hard copy of the ticket, they put on a song and dance giving me 100 reasons why they couldn't issue me a hard copy.... Bottom line I didnt to be there and I entered a not guilty plea... Is there anything I can do?

Help me!!! I live in the states... My car was towed the in their opinion fuzz claimed I was blocking a driveway (which I wasn't by any means) then my avatars car was issued a ticket...the police never left, sent or gave the actual ticket to me and then required me to be in court....

HELP!  I have been "commanded" to appear in court. Well, my strawman was. Who do i write the letter of intent to? The cop who is accusing me ? Or the store where they said I used a brush before paying so how does that = retail theft? i never tried to leave the store and went to the back of the line to pay for brush. HELP!!

I want to know the answer to this too. Can I just withhold volunteering means of connecting the entity which is my legal 'person' with my Human Being, or common law natural person, to effectively step outside the framework of acts and statutes when dealing with the garda or other legal entities within the republic?

The next time you have to deal with an "attorney" ask them to produce thier "license to parctice law" in the United States or any State there of. PS, a certificate of BAR membership is NOT a license, it does not say "LICENSE" does it?
