has anyone else noticed the racist undertones in the first 2 series of Red Dwarf? You know how they approached Craig C and asked his opinion on whether the Cat character was might be viewed as racism and Craig ended up playing Lister. But it's full of subltle digs like Kristine Kachanski.. KKK.. the constant reference to baboons and monkeys and tons of stuff. i think the writers were having a bit of a joke at CC's expense what with him being big on the racism thing.

I see no racist undertones, and I have watched and rewatched the first two Series of Red Dwarf over and over again.
