@AirMoore idk i mean if i were u i would've stopped a lot sooner to give the guy some space, nothing wrong with being a little curtious to others driving in a neighborhood.. but if i was in that jeep i prob would have backed out slower and see you coming so i wouldnt pull out in front of you..
@rilee11 The state says I have the right of way first off... second: You hear me say "Go"when I stop at 14 seconds... so no 'rush' just me being 'right' (as in: Right of way).
I would hate to be a driver anywhere near you if backing out in-front of someone is acceptable. The driver with the ROW should never have to alter their driving to avoid an accident. Re-read your learners permit manual... if people like you did there would be many fewer accidents.
