The film have a visual 6 card, is not really a card, is the effect of the film. The top of the desk is actually the selection card and the second is 6. When he open the top card he open up 2 card.
Then when insert the card into the film that is the top card (the selection card). And then he turn the visual 6 card in film on by press the bottom of the film. Then show the visual 6 card to you. and press the top of the film to turn off the visual card. and the selection card appear just like magic.

i don't like his preformance of this it draws too much attention to the sleeve as if it may be gimmicked in some way and he is trying to prove it isn't. it is probablly one of the best tricks ever invented though.
