How do these plants handle the fog? When I lived in Arroyo Grande, the fog was one of the only difficulties in growing tropicals.

@enchantedsb: Most of these plants do really well in the fog. This garden has been in for just over two years now and the plants are looking great!!! It was kind of risky trying a tropical garden in Morro Bay, but it has worked out really well here. Arroyo Grande has a warmer climate and these plants would do even better. Some tropicals cannot handle the cooler winters. That is usually what gets them.
