U CAN'T fix the black arms on the rookies unless your playing on PC. The reason why all da rookies have black arms is because "2k" didn't OFFICIALLY put them in the game yet (waiting for lockout to end). So when the lockout ends we WILL have rookies with correct colored arms!!!
