87 you are correct. This is a demonstration being shown at a slower than normal pace. This system isn't overly complicated, and it does allow for rapid / safe stabilization

These "clowns" when trained properly can set this up in less than 2 minutes. The system is not complicated at all. It's a way to keep your crew and patents safe.

How about just getting big guys to push the car over to right it, then get the occupants out. Much quicker and just as stupid as this rig.
