The rape scene in this movie is extremely graphic but pornographic and sexy too. Rent it, and you'll keep rewatching the rape scene. It's well done.

Fulci's best non-horror movie, and possibly his meanest and most sadistic (NYR has dated badly) - he should have done more crime movies than just this one.

Only problems I have with this is that the first half hour drags, and some truly shitty dubbing, which really hurts an otherwise great performance from the superb Marcel Bozzuffi as one of the most despicably scummy villains ever.

Like old kung fu films, foreign horror always comes off goofy when its dubbed in our language. Turn the sound off and you'll see a real piece of art.
