@Jesse2K12 No there were fires on several floors and I'm sure the impact of the towers falling was felt throughout the city, but were the fires enough to cause a freefall collapse in the exact same manner as the towers? Check out that buiding in Madrid Spain that was engulfed in flames for hours and stood just fine. Or the BBC announcing that it had fallen BEFORE it actually took place. Not to mention the countless people who were there that day who say there was something else at work.

I don't like the US government as much as the next guy, but they didn't blow up their own buildings. People say what are the puffs of smoke when the towers fall? That's most likely the compression of air being blown out as the ceilings collapse into each other. There's also the truss rod argument if you would like me to explain.

The puffs of smoke happened several stories below the cieling could compress air. Not to mention steel beams hurdled out of the towers and landed on nieghboring buildings. Truss rod argument? An adjustment to a guitar analogy? All buildings including no. 7 that was not hit buy a plane and with only minimal fire, fell at the speed of gravity.
@scottbobear you misunderstand. Puffs of smoke can happen at any level as all the ceilings collapsed. The towers could have collapased due to minimal fire (minimal from a hell of a lot of jet fuel if you want to say that) due to the the WTC being designed with truss rods. In short the girders in the building were built in triangle patterns, when the fireproofing is knocked off one of them, then one side of the triangle collapses and makes the whole girder structure weak. The biggest thing I've learned from this is that Europeans are not the sophisticated metropolitan people that we think of when we think "Europeans". Both types rally around a miniscual amount of misinformation and propaganda as motives for their beliefs and actions. Just as 98% of evidence proves the "dark ages" muslim doctrine to be junk, yet they only will consider the 2% that supports it, so is it with our conspiracy theorists and extremist nutjobs.
The people who believe these extreme conspiracy theories always seem to have the ability for extreme suspension of disbelief. Sadly enough, it is the same hatred of logic and reason and champions of blind faith that impels people to drive trucks filled with explosives into hospitals in the middle east and elsewhere.
I know how to settle this dispute once and for all. Let's do it again! Let's build a tower and crash an airplane into it, and see how it collapses.

@Jesse2K12 No there were fires on several floors and I'm sure the impact of the towers falling was felt throughout the city, but were the fires enough to cause a freefall collapse in the exact same manner as the towers? Check out that buiding in Madrid Spain that was engulfed in flames for hours and stood just fine. Or the BBC announcing that it had fallen BEFORE it actually took place. Not to mention the countless people who were there that day who say there was something else at work.

People say "For it to be true EVERYONE has to be in on it which is impossible." which is completely false. I challenge you to watch the documentary movie "Zeitgeist" (a real documentary, not like Maher's shitty "Religulous") and see if you don't change your perspective about 9/11. In fact, a lot of people believe it was an inside job, it's just that our society is so stupidly predatory that if anyone even dares to suggest this, they are satirized and looked at as crazy. I don't like the US government as much as the next guy, but they didn't blow up their own buildings. People say what are the puffs of smoke when the towers fall? That's most likely the compression of air being blown out as the ceilings collapse into each other. There's also the truss rod argument if you would like me to explain.

The puffs of smoke happened several stories below the cieling could compress air. Not to mention steel beams hurdled out of the towers and landed on nieghboring buildings. Truss rod argument? An adjustment to a guitar analogy? All buildings including no. 7 that was not hit buy a plane and with only minimal fire, fell at the speed of gravity.

@scottbobear you misunderstand. Puffs of smoke can happen at any level as all the ceilings collapsed. The towers could have collapased due to minimal fire (minimal from a hell of a lot of jet fuel if you want to say that) due to the the WTC being designed with truss rods. In short the girders in the building were built in triangle patterns, when the fireproofing is knocked off one of them, then one side of the triangle collapses and makes the whole girder structure weak. Google truss girder.

I gather my evidence from the same places you do documentaries, articles, academic writings etc. I wish I had more info on the pentagon, however I am satisfied, planes can bring down buildings such the the WTC. I prefer to focus on the wider implications of 9/11.

The biggest thing I've learned from this is that Europeans are not the sophisticated metropolitan people that we think of when we think "Europeans".
