@Gabi24492 cl_crosshair_dynamic 0 is a console command that makes the crosshair appear smaller, but the actual accuracy doesn't change. So it's still very inaccurate while moving, it just keeps the crosshair in a nice small area.

@fatmaster300 That wasn't a smooth on the witch, it's my first-person perspective. I was waiting for a spawn to peek out so I could cover eulogy, who got the crown. Then I shot the hunter a second or two afterward.

@MrVisceralsith1 cl_crosshair_dynamic 0 makes the crosshair remain one size on the screen, but the bullet spread is still the same. Just keeps the screen less cluttered. It's useful after you've learned the accuracy of the weapons and can just feel when they're at maximum accuracy instead of seeing it.
