An old Benjamin or Sheridan (pre-Crosman) pump-up air rifle with Baracuda or JSB pellets will wipe ANY of your break barrel air rifles in accuracy. Every break barrel air rifle I shot was crap in accuracy compared to a good PCP. My BSA Lonestar .25 puts out 45 fpe and groups 5 shots into 1/2" at 50 yards. None of the break barrels shown here could come remotely close. I shot turtle heads off with my Sheridan .20 cal. I shoot prairie dogs at 100 yards with my BSA Lonestar.
@TaliskerLaphroaig My 12 ga. pump can put 9 38 cal. BBs. thru 15 prairie dogs in a row lined up in 6 rows for a total of 90 prairie dogs in about 2 seconds.

@killer4235 Kentucky has an open carry law. I can carry a pistol anywhere in the state with no permit as long as it is visible. I can walk through downtown Louisville with one on my hip old west style and no one can do a thing about it. The name of the law says it all "concealed" carry.

If your thinking of getting an air rifle you should look at PCP air rifles, BSA Ultra, BSA R-10, BSA Super 10 for example. Not saying springers (like the ones in the video) are no good, but PCP's are a lot more accurate, but they do cost more.

As a light pellet, it is very innacurate in long distances. I own an Air Arms TX200 MK3 and I once fired this Gamo gold pellets that break the speed of sound... pffff nothing at 20 mts but changed to JSB Match Diabolo Heavy .177 cal and PERFECT SHOT at 60 mts. IN MY PERSONAL OPINION, I would NOT use these light pellets because of the accuracy thing but the sound they make YEAAA that CRACKING SOUND has not comparison. Any way, very nice rifles man

i got the Beeman break barrel 22 also the first one you showed but everytime I shoot mine the barrel smokes I oiled it up and it still smokes I dont know if its supposed to but its still fun to shoot.

Just a small comment from and ex gunsmith discharging an air weapon apart from atmosphere guns without any resistance/damping against the piston movement (usual a pellet) is not good for the action, should a weapon be cocked it is better to release the barrel by reversing the cocking action slowly while releasing the trigger sear.
many springers now have a secondary safety where the trigger is blocked when the barrel is cocked so decocking is impossible withought dissasembling and removing this secondary safety.
Pellets guns are great ways to make unforgetable memories with family and friends. If your hunting or just creaming cans you will remember it and tell your grandkids

The adjustable sights only work 50 foot or further out. It has a pretty good thump for a heavy pellet around 500 fps i'd guess. Might be ok for close range rabbits or doves on a wire.
hey the BAM should be good, but i'm thinkin the Beeman he showed in the first of the video (his son's) is the best gun in the collection along with the Daisy. go to Academy Sports or Cabela's and you should be able to find the Beeman RS2. i have that gun and i must say, it's very very well-built and accurate once you find the right pellets.
i heard if u dry fire it too mutch it could fuck it up, anyways, the pba isnt very accurate, at least with my gun. but if the pellet is too light, the spring can like hit something in the action or sumthin like that and it can get screwed up. crossman premier hollowpoint pellets are the best, most accurate, hardest hitting, ive killed starlings out of my gamo big cat 1200 at about 110 yards. nice vid, ur like the coolest dad ever

You can get any airgun you want when your 18, TN. When you shoot something and it breaks the sound barrier, it's the projectile doing it. The gun helps.

you shouldnt dry fire a spring powered airgun. it will seriously damage the spring and piston and cause the gun to diesal. Beeman are copies of Weihrauch so there not as good and that chinese gun was a underlever by the way. if you want accuracy dont use pba pellets as they are too light and travel too fast. try and keep airgun pellets below 950fps for the best accuracy.
That beeman rifle is a piece of crap. The rubber butt and stock feel and are cheap. My Gamo Hunter Pro is a decent example of a good airgun. That airgun isnt faster than the speed of sound anyway. My Gamo shoots 1200 feet per second and it is not faster than the speed of sound.

those gold pellets are cool,at 75 yards,and with a drop of like 8 inches at that range,I was lodging them in a maple tree,as where the heavier lead ones only left dents,and I shot one out a pistol at like 400fps at a peice of wood,and found it on the floor in the same shape,not at all deformed,they really are made tough enough for these new super pellet guns
Firing spring air rifles without a pellet is not a good idea. As for pba ammo, I wouldn't touch that stuff with a barge pole simply because it is practically dry firing the gun to use it. For a 1000fps airgun you would want about an 8.3 grain pellet to ensure a long and happy service life.
I don't mean any disrespect on any of my comments,I just have always been told not to dryfire spring powered guns,and when I was younger,fired just a few bbs through one,which is pretty much the same thing,cause' the barrel was't sealed tight with a projectile,and after like 10 shots,the spring began to get weak,and was only firing at like half power

i got the Beeman break barrel 22 also the first one you showed but everytime I shoot mine the barrel smokes I oiled it up and it still smokes I dont know if its supposed to but its still fun to shoot.

Just a small comment from and ex gunsmith discharging an air weapon apart from atmosphere guns without any resistance/damping against the piston movement (usual a pellet) is not good for the action, should a weapon be cocked it is better to release the barrel by reversing the cocking action slowly while releasing the trigger sear.

many springers now have a secondary safety where the trigger is blocked when the barrel is cocked so decocking is impossible withought dissasembling and removing this secondary safety.

The adjustable sights only work 50 foot or further out. It has a pretty good thump for a heavy pellet around 500 fps i'd guess. Might be ok for close range rabbits or doves on a wire.

hey the BAM should be good, but i'm thinkin the Beeman he showed in the first of the video (his son's) is the best gun in the collection along with the Daisy. go to Academy Sports or Cabela's and you should be able to find the Beeman RS2. i have that gun and i must say, it's very very well-built and accurate once you find the right pellets.

i heard if u dry fire it too mutch it could fuck it up, anyways, the pba isnt very accurate, at least with my gun. but if the pellet is too light, the spring can like hit something in the action or sumthin like that and it can get screwed up. crossman premier hollowpoint pellets are the best, most accurate, hardest hitting, ive killed starlings out of my gamo big cat 1200 at about 110 yards. nice vid, ur like the coolest dad ever

you shouldnt dry fire a spring powered airgun. it will seriously damage the spring and piston and cause the gun to diesal. Beeman are copies of Weihrauch so there not as good and that chinese gun was a underlever by the way. if you want accuracy dont use pba pellets as they are too light and travel too fast. try and keep airgun pellets below 950fps for the best accuracy.

That beeman rifle is a piece of crap. The rubber butt and stock feel and are cheap. My Gamo Hunter Pro is a decent example of a good airgun. That airgun isnt faster than the speed of sound anyway. My Gamo shoots 1200 feet per second and it is not faster than the speed of sound.

I believe your gun was listed at 1200 fps with PBA pellets. If you are shooting lead pellets out of it its probably more like 1000.

those gold pellets are cool,at 75 yards,and with a drop of like 8 inches at that range,I was lodging them in a maple tree,as where the heavier lead ones only left dents,and I shot one out a pistol at like 400fps at a peice of wood,and found it on the floor in the same shape,not at all deformed,they really are made tough enough for these new super pellet guns

Firing spring air rifles without a pellet is not a good idea. As for pba ammo, I wouldn't touch that stuff with a barge pole simply because it is practically dry firing the gun to use it. For a 1000fps airgun you would want about an 8.3 grain pellet to ensure a long and happy service life.
