I use such kind of paninis and put inside ratatouille, a little bit cheese, curry, cooked or canned mushrooms. Maybe a bit of cooked chicken. I roll them like canelonis. I put them tight in an oiled baking pan. I cover with butter and cheese and let them cook and brown in the oven. :-) Bonjour de France !
