lol to see this effect you must load the device ! then intrupt the supply to the loaded device .. i was mesureing amp consumption on this device when i realized why i got zapped sooo bad a while ago ... lol
that zap sent me across the room .. high speed ... it was a true bite .. worse than any wall socket .. lol
i first discovered this effect playing with a 24vdc pulse motor a few years ago ..

today in the lab i was able to mesure 15 amp dc twice per pulse from a 24vdc supply of .88 amp ...
