It has a Poly-Tonal Quality to it so some people could hear it as a G Major7th with a Natural 13 and an assumed 3rd because you have the Root and the 5th from the Key of G and with that Half Step in the lead between the G and the F# some people might hear that wanting to resolve to G Major.
To my ears it's E Minor 7th with a Natural 9 with the 3rd in the lead.
