  • This is a "splendid" video. =p

  • I work at DJC and know this plane.

  • @Mcoov He requested to taxi to the Denver Jet Center. Practically every jet aircraft goes there, so she gets that request dozens of times per day. Just trying to add a little humor.

  • Awesome video! I just soloed for the first time at APA. Great airport.

  • What was the request that the controller got that she said she had never gotten before?

  • i heard you can taxi a king air on one engine is this true

  • went flying on saturday... and i saw one of these (king air) though not this model...... dont ask me which one, i think it was a C90A ...... but dammm..... i was more envious than a 30 year old virgin....

  • Oh god this is hot

  • @10dthompson60 Aviation boners everywhere

  • @Ke7ch Total Juliet Indigo Zulu Zulu up in this.

  • @10dthompson60 that is disgusting.... thanks for sharing :)

  • Fantastic series on this trip! Your narrative, detail and explanations are wonderful. I've always wanted to log some time in a King Air and this is the closest I've ever gotten, I could practically smell the Jet-A.

I grounded myself a few years ago (minor medical issue and finances) but am about ready to hit the airways again... you made me parched with thirst with these three posts... I don't know how to thank you!

    In Peace ~ Marc

  • Very impressive and informative, thanks for the video! It's obvious you put some time into this and it was worth it. Trying to work my way up to a King Air.

  • Jolly Decent Aviation 3 part Video. My compliments to the Pilot who made the time to give a walkthru of the full flight envelope. The King Air 350 is a decent Airplane.

" Once you have tasted flight you will forever be looking skywards."

  • Pure amazing, one of the best fixed wing tutorials I have ever seen!

  • nice movie ... btw what is the middle two throttles called feather?

  • @swtrooper11 it's the propeller throttle. Full forward = minimum pitch for takeoff and landing. full backward = feather (no torque and no drag)

  • @Outermarker01 And the propeller rotates faster in full forward , Am i right?

  • @swtrooper11 yes right

  • @Outermarker01 thx :d

  • @swtrooper11 and a last question : at 2:01 the horizon instrument is black with a yellow line. What is that and how can load in the blue-brown horizontal instrument?

  • On rotation the fuel condition levers do not seem to be full forward (High idle)?

At rotation the condition levers are still on low idle.?

  • I love these cockpit videos, i was lucky to download this one first its really great. The uploaded version seems to be cut down by a lot. Google it, you can find a torrent for the whole video. This is very interesting stuff, i love the king air 350 and this guy seems nice too. And yeah, how about having your office at 25.000 feet flying over those mountains on a sunny day :) Ive flown this route a few times on FSX, got the proper charts and all.

  • Awww Yea! My hometown airport KAPA

  • I paid for this video from Flight Video productions....

  • 00:31 What's up with the altimeter?

  • @Avantime I think it is resetting itself, because of the high altitude. I don't know. Never seen it happen on the Beech 1900 (which is a lot like the King air). Or any of the Cessna's I've flown.

  • i love this plane and centennial apt

  • Sure would like to see more video of this Pilot flying. Does a Great Job !

  • Great Video : )

  • great video, always liked the big King Airs.

  • This is the most comprehensive and informative aviation video I've seen so far on youtube. Thank you.

However, your radio lingo did make me twitch a little. ;)

  • @outermarker01 ...uhh... what should I envy? The gas bill or the insane maintenance costs?

  • An excellent demonstration of improper radio phraseology. Thank you very much for spreading your idiocy.

  • @GreenFiles Get a life

  • @GreenFiles ahahah you're just envious because he owns a Kingair 350 and you don't! hahahah

  • great video i love it

  • Great vid. All it needs is a new Garmin glass panel! J R

  • how long do you have to wait since you turn the starter on till you move the conditional lever to low idle??? and how long do you have to wait to move it to high idle??? thanks!!!!!!!

  • @TheErikFasterling from the time you start the engine, (hitting the ignition) to low idle, it is when the turbine percent is ~15 %. It depends on the aircraft. You only need high idle on engine 1 (or the first one you started) to start the 2nd engine. THen it's basically choice in the king air, if you want high or low idle, high idle, you get a bit of a faster response from the engine.

  • Great video! Thanks for sharing! I love the 350! Do you do all 91? or 135?

  • what did the other pilot request? when the controller said "never had that request...i'd have to check that"

  • @edgar5001 Sounds to me like he said "and ground somethingLJ uh off at 11(?) taxi to the jet center". I think when she said "never had that request" she was responding to something else. The video editing made it sound like she was responding to the guy who wanted to taxi to the jet center.

  • Hi, excellent video, Im from Colombia, and Im a pilot to, and I like much the private aviation, I want to ask you if it has a vacancy for me to be employed at your air company, please help me, tanks....................

  • The best aviation video i can see on youtube

  • 5***** Great video! Keep the vids coming.

  • Great video and awesome editing!

    Thanks for sharing :-)

  • About prop sync use. First, POH tells one should have it off for taking off & landing procedures. It's purpose is to help solve the out of sync engines rotations' vibrations, and unpleasant sound during the cruise phase of flight. It's use during taking off or landing and should an engine lose power will act as a rev down device for the good engine. That alone is good reason to use while cruising only. Hope that will help one understand it a bit better. Thanks.

  • Hahaha, love the way you call yourself JB sometimes instead of Juliet Bravo

  • I usually leave the prop sync on until I see it "looking" like its not moving anymore and then turn off prop sync before take off.

  • And the checklist I have for the King Air 200 says not to have the Prop Sync on inflight.

  • nice very cool

  • nice video...you appear a good pilot. Only one question: prop sync seem like was active when you was at the ground. The correct procedure isn't right to make it active only when in flight?

  • Prop sync can ONLY be used on the ground...

  • @BIMMERKID2 what?!? when I did my multi crew coordination on kingair 350 simulator, prop sync was alway off until cruise, as checklist say. What is the use of prop sync on the ground???

  • Say for instance after start up,, maybe the props are out of sync

  • amazing video. how much did you pay for your king air?

  • great video. how did you do this video, and what type of camera did you use. AWESOM JOB ON YOUR FLYING. LOVE THE 350

  • this is an awesome video...one of the best aviation videos on youtube. thank you.

  • Nice aircraft, exactly what I want one day. How did you interface all intercom tranmissions and recptions to record on a camcorder?

  • nice video

  • Very nice video.

  • Great Video! 280 or 260? haha

  • Great Video!
