He shoots well from the top of the box consistently, he makes more complex runs. He will cut inside or beat u outside. His crosses are very good now (wasn't so in the past). He makes dirty through balls now too.

When this add came out, he was just fast. Now its not the case anymore.

That's what it comes down to, consistency. He seems to have the odd good game, but that's not really taking his game to the 'next level' as you put it.
