The footage should be there? If you put the CD into your PC it should auto run its self. If it doesn't, right click on the CD icon and then press OPEN instead of PLAY. You'll then see the video footage as a separate icon. Double click it and it should work fine. Good Luck = )
We won't know if we're booked for EITP 2008 until about 6 weeks before the event but fingers crossed we'll get another chance to pound it out next summer once again
