  • i replayed 0:55 just from there bcuz i did that i was like YES!!!!!!

  • Not surprising the CNN skirt lied. "The banks are the real losers" the CNN tart said? Bull$hit. TARP was a theft of trillions of dollar$ from the Amerikan taxpayer to the Zionist Banksters. Not one fukkin bankster went to prison because THE BANKS OWN ALL THE POLITICIANS. Wake the fukk up folks. Go to Rense.com and get your eyes opened.

  • boo hoo.. the banks are crying after they bent us over.... besides just cause we pay on the house doesnt mean we cant take out all the improvements we made over the years, why should the bank benefit from us 2 times...

  • Tips for disgruntled foreclosed homeowners:

    1) Open up the attic and shoot several nails through the roof with a nail gun.

    2) Pour concrete down the toilets and drains

    3) Spray grass killer over your lawn (stay well away from your neighbors though)

    4) Lock all exterior doors with an inside lock (ex- large barrel bolt). Then go out the garage and keep the remote for it. Be sure to cut the emergency garage door release cord on the inside and tape around latch. Make them BREAK in.

  • Fuck the banks. Tear them motherfuckers up!

  • Is not a easy job to be a real estate agent in this market but the money is in REO's if you want to learn step by step procedures on how to become a successful REO agent. Follow the (REO FARM) method from "REO BOOM" and make 2012 a successful year.

  • This is an irony, but many banks will simply demolish the home anyway. Just the property can be sold off because it still has value.

  • It would have been better for the banks to simply allow foreclosed homeowners to stay there and continue upkeep until the property is sold.

The reason is because banks want to unload the property quickly so they can cook their books and make their portfolios look better than they actually are. They don't care really how badly the property gets damaged or if it loses value, they just want to unload it and let the taxpayer suffer.

  • I'm sure vandalizing their foreclosed house will help them get loans in the future

  • I have gone to look at half a dozen homes for sale that have been wrecked by their former owners. What is wrong with people today to ruin such nice homes and their names by never getting another home loan.

  • Dumb fucking greedy idiots falling into the trap of the adjustable rate sub prime loans. Sheeple got what they deserved, so did the banks that lended the money.

  • Good. I'm glad the former home owners do this. We're going to have millions of more foreclosings in the future. And the banks don't help people.

  • PEOPLE POWER.

  • This is the only power the people have been left with. And, if that's the way it is, go for it.

  • most of these homes are not vandilized but canibalized.

  • Don't people understand they only hurt themselfs when they vandalize and strip these homes. What the bank doesn't get for the house whoever was foreclosed on still owes the difference between the sale price and the balance due on the mortgage

  • I hope all the home owners that get forclosed on demolish the homes. The banks got there bail out moneys and still forclose on the people.

  • @wallman678 Seriously??? The house doesnt belong to you until you pay off 100% of the loan. The banks are ALLOWING you to live there on their dime. Also, most loan providing institutions were not given a bailout. So if you let me borrow your car for a week and I pay you $50 bucks for that week, I have the right to fucking destroy it?

  • the banks were given $300 billions by the feds to give back to investors -that were from china, i heard- and they probably just buy boats and jets for themselves with the money they get from these foreclosures.

  • fuck the banks handing out money to a bunch of dipshits who ncouldent aford a house in the first place

  • who gives a fuck? the bank owns it. fuck the banks

  • Ouch the banks and greedy buyers lose money? How am I gonna sleep tonight?

  • Why help the predatory lender banks? I'd have done the same. I used to work for a bank so I know how they operate and the last thing they're in the business for is compassion.

  • This video is very useful to me. It's a good news. I like it........

  • @theantiredneck WTF are u calling me mental u don't get it when these people bought the home they did afford cuz to buy a home u need to have an estimate from the bank to buy but since the bank increased there mortgage and wouldn't work them that's why homes are left trashed

  • ** Its ridiculous Banks prefer loose so much, rather than a little with there good old customers.

Example: Say your paying 2,350 a month. Your balance is $400,000 -(wave) $50,000= (new balance) 350,000 x (interest) 4.? So if u payed 2,350 a month > now your new payment is around $1,575

    * * * So don’t foreclosure, don’t shortsale, Save Your Home!

Lets unite and bug, bug, bug the banks (lenders) to help save your home!

Please help forward this maybe we can make a difference.

  • Only a lowlife would do this. When you sign a mortgage you agree to borrow a ton of money used to pay the seller and you are agreeing to pay it back a little at a time. When you stop paying YOUR payments and have to leave, it is nobody's fault but yours. You pay and you stay.

  • @1emailer You're an idiot. You have no idea what you're talking about. Banks were giving out any and every loan to anyone willing to take it. Then suddenly they wanted all their money back because BANKS WERE TRADING FUTURES (and wow thank Reagan for that one, what a dumbass) and went bankrupt. It's like a bookie giving you 2 weeks to get your money and then he shows up the next day and kills you.

It's not that they stop their payments, they can't afford the sudden increased price.

  • @CK3890 You're wrong. You're mixing consumer side and lender side. From the comsumer side - you pay, you stay. If you can understand that, whatever, Obama supporter (I don't have to ask). If you want to talk lender side - read up on ya boy Clinton and The Community Reinvestment Act - It HELPED get this mess going. Image a Democrat helping other Democrats get in houses they can't afford to pay for. Pitiful. Like you, I'm sure they felt an undeserved sense of entitlement.

  • @1emailer Obama supporter? LOL. I didn't mix consumer side at all. In Layman's terms, since you didn't understand what I said, the banks were running out of money so they jacked up the mortgages to the point where many people could not afford it anymore.

I'm not a democrat or republican. It's too bad everyone in America is loyal to their party rather than their country. You sadden me.

  • NOW NOW KIDS IT AINT RIGHT TO TEAR THE PLACE UP...IF YOU TOOK THE LOAN AND COULD NOT OR WOULD NOT PAY IT, THAT IS ON YOU, NOT THE BANK.

  • @StainlessSteel64 I didn't say the banks did it, I said they knew how this would end up. Its a sweeping kind of corruption. There should have been some kind of legal/safeguard system in place to prevent this from happening. Instead, banks got the bailout and the people took the hit. They knew they would be considered too big to fail and they were right. Had their lot been thrown in like average Joe's, do you think they would have "bought the loans" as you say? Helll no. So fuck em', am I right?

  • shit, a measley 1000 bucks? thats insulting. take the copper pipes, the countertops, the roman columns and take a shit in every room. The average joe doesnt understand the legal n financial details of subprime loans, not everyone is a finance wizard. Banks knew how this would all end up, so fuck them. fuck them all to hell.

  • @anthony800ful Your right it's not yours until you pay for it, not your financed home or your car the bank owns it until you pay for it you know the people that helped you out cause you didn't have the money to buy those items on your own!! I never get used to the delusional mental state of ignorant people that have no grasp on reality and the backward nature of their views and perceptions!!

Mr.anthony it's nice to know you would want to hurt people cause of your failure!!

  • @Wvd1979 Really you can't blame people that can't make their obligations and make their payments on a loan that they chose of free will? Then decided to show everyone what scumbags they are and vandalize the property of the people that did them the favor of lending them money? I guess rednecks aren't the only ones that live in their 180 degree backward world and confused mental state!!

  • Like the bank gives a fuck about YOU the borrower. They aren't losing a penny due to foreclosures. I would take everything to.

FACT: If you make monthly mortgage payments you're really not even a homeowner.

  • Misspelled off

  • Burn it down if I was the owner i would of have even taken the doors ,smash the windows take everything that can come of

  • IF YOU CAN'T PAY... YOU CAN'T STAY

SIMPLE BUT SOME THINK THEY GET GET EVERYTHING FREE FROM THE GOVERMENT! THIS SHOWS WHAT KIND OF CHARACTER THEY HAVE AND SELF PRIDE

  • Hahahahaha!

  • Thisvideo made my day.

  • shoulda used more glue. blame the carpenters.

  • Why waste your energy smashing the place.......when you could just burn the whole place down.

  • The banks losing money is exactly the motif of those who do this.

  • For all of you going through forclosure..Don't forget to put a bunch of BIG ASS fish in the attics, and UNDER the insulation....tah dah...the banks will be the permanent owners of said property....Dont forget the drapery pole voids, and those boxy voids on the top of the wooden blinds either!!!! Both of those voids work well for nasty fish parts...Best wishes!

  • @Wellington5392 AMEN!!!

  • @neofalcon69

    Well said..

  • So because they were foolish enough to take loans that were too good to be true - they are quick to blame the banks?

Banks are fucking evil institutions but remember we as people are responsible for our own actions.

  • how about don't buy a 400000 dollar house when you cant afford it

  • @stevendurr exactly!!!!!!

  • awwww poor banks.. anyways i say PISS ALL OVER the house before you leave

  • There doing it all wrong. They can fix that stuff. F the banks man. Do it the right way, go into the attic and pour gas down the inside walls. Banks will not be able to sell. Total loss. Just don't smoke while you do that. ;)

  • "Oh we know youre pissed because were taking your house, but if you turn it in in perfect condition well give you $100-$1000! You dont want the banks to lose money on this would you?" hah what a joke. I would fuck that shit up too.

  • Read a busniess magazine there....or are you to embarrassed, arrogant, and ignorant to do that. Typical American thinking. I personally coudn't give a rats ass what happens down there, and the more I get comments back from idiots like you, the more it convinces me of the stupidity across your country. CNN?..haha..what a fuckin joke. You make me laugh gumby.

  • So why don't the lenders let the owners stay in the house, while it is for sale. The house would be occupied intil it sold, people would be less likely to want to fuck it up, and possibly the owner may get into another job in that timeframe. Instead, you create homelessness, and of course people getting evicted are going to fuck things up. Who does your thinking for you there in the U.S. I'd be embarrassed as shit to even admit I was from America. You're going primitive. Find a cave.

  • @TheGreasepit Just as I said dummy don't believe everything you see on cnn. Man you are stupid.

  • Better off without crummy columns!

  • they should seriously fucking get these people in jail for doing this. you bought the house and you don't PAY the money, when they forced you out (LEGALLY) you destroy the house. that's like 2 crimes committed.

  • @Philawockeez Yea and more money to those greedy fat pig. Burn the fvcking house. Don't let the pigs win.

  • Feaces is the least of ur problems... Ur lucky theres no timed explosion, varies on there stupidity....

  • good for the homeowners, everyone should do this

  • @MrNomad81 There's go 1 of the reason why america is filled with fucktards

  • @Philawockeez america full of fucktards? lol yup couldnt agree with you more:)

  • lol good

  • YES!!! People need to keep doing this!!! If you are getting foreclosed on, totally trash the place and stick it up their asses!!!

  • Foreclosure leaves a person devastated, although this is no excuse for vandalism. Banks need to work harder with homeowners. What I can't understand is this: Why do banks take away someone's house and then turn around and sell at auction for a ridiculously low price? Why not give the home owner a break!

  • @TheSwords99 uh I'm sorry? i don't work for a bank. yet why should they give home owners a break? didn't you n no i don't mean you ( i mean in general term), bought the house at that cheap price? I didn't see u complaining when someone before you got kicked out. you freaken sign the contract, and even if there's even isn't a contract, it's totally fair to get them kick out. where is their conscience? it's the bank's house, not yours. u broke the rules not them.

  • @Philawockeez You must be a dirty jew.

  • when ur dreams are broken and u r being kicked out of ur dream house and u r being treated like a scum by the bank, home owners do all they can to take revenge.

  • And this is wrong? Haha..Ah, when will the silly banks learn that people get pissed off when they are ripped from their shelter during a screwed up economy

  • @2tur This is great but I hope people realize then if you trash the house then you are creating a job for one of these vultures that are now cleaning trashed foreclosed homes. So don't trash the home just strip everything of value. Hell cut the trees down and sell as firewood. Leave the house clean and this way no one makes a dime off of you

  • this is great. everyone should do this. i would too.

  • i think this is so freaking funny!!!! who laughing now greedy ass banks.....

  • Why dont people stop buying shit they know they cant afford?

  • @Sniperman1964 They could and signed a paper to pay for it in so many years the problem was many companies started to lay off employees in mass numbers to save profit (for themselves) making it harder for one to get a job when a company can replace someone for cheap in china or india.

  • If you put your own money into a home with new upgrades I see nothing wrong with ripping that shit out before you leave it, it was your anyways. Why lest a fucking bank make more money off your investment upgrades you put on that home.

  • Funny how the people who lied on their loan application in 2001 and didnt get out in 2005 but are stuck with the same priced house they bought 9 years ago are complaining about the people who lied on their loan application in 2005 at the top of the market and are losing everything and going into bankrupcy. What are these winners doing now? Its called a "strategic default"

  • @obosumba Interesting that you are making such comments when you are not on the same boat as this people are. I bet you will be shitting your pants when you lose your job and then your home. Just in mind that many jobs are going over seas for cheap labor.

  • @Jayc2400 Im actually in that position. My home was just sold at auction last month and I have an investment property that is also in foreclosure. My comment was aimed at ignorant republicans who have no clue about reality. They want to blame these people who got screwed with the economy and are trying to get back at non cooperative banks while NEVER blaming the people who have $ and are strategically defaulting. Republicans with money are never to blame are they?????

  • I don't understand people who do this. If your home was Foreclosed, it's because you couldn't pay the Montague. No matter how you look at it, it's not the banks fault. Does the nation need to be told that they shouldn't buy something if they can't afford it? Do they need to be told that you only get what you pay for? Why do people think it's ok to ruin something for someone else, just because you couldn't keep up with what you agreed to?

  • who gives a shit? its completely legal so shut the fuck up u stupid bank homos

  • Don't take $100 to $1,000. You will get so much more satisfaction fucking the house up so much that the banks lose money. Let them keep their stinking $100. Do over $100,000 worth of damage. This will teach them not to be so greedy and to work with people to keep them in their house.

  • @Xsighting101

I believe you are just a troll. You wouldn't fuck up a house just because its your fault you couldn't pay for it.

  • @Zorrachus

I keep telling you to stop talking about your mother that way. That nasty cock sucking bitch doesn't deserve the way you talk about her filthy ass. Although you can smell that whore from a block away. Tell her to wash that ass. She is starting to smell like Pussy/dick and ass. You know, kind of like you. hahahahahahaha

  • @Xsighting101

You are all talk behind the computer aren't ya? Come to 2216 34th street and see how manly you are. Come on, I dare ya! Pussy.

  • @Zorrachus

Your such a coward, you didn't give the city. Just the address... Fuckin cocksuckin fool. Give me the city and I will glady do a drive by. Tell that slut of a mother check back in, Daddy needs his dick sucked.

  • @Xsighting101

    Toronto

A drive by? What kind of pussy shoots an unarmed man? Can't fight for real so you have to go hide behind your mom's size 57 skirt? You need a gun to kill me? I am so impressed. Not.

  • @Zorrachus

Yes a drive by. Maybe I can hit someone in your family and kill them. That would leave a lingering affect on you. I don't give a shit about what type of person or man you think I am . I will fuck you up and you will be wishing you never gave me that address. You stupid fuck

  • @Xsighting101

Good luck getting across the border with a gun.

I will just build a bomb and throw it into your car and thats how you will die. You couldn't fuck up a wet paper bag. You are nuts. You would actually shoot someone over a stupid argument on a video on youtube?!Get some pschyiatric help.Actually, I dare you to come to my house and try that.

  • @Xsighting101

You mess with me or my family and yours won't be safe. My family is very powerful, politically, physically and legally. Try something. I dare you.

  • @Zorrachus

I don't give a fuck about your family or mine. Drive by's are fun especially when I can shoot into the house and not know exactly who I am hitting. Kill my family, they deserve it. I don't give a fuck about how powerful you think your family is, one bullet will show how powerless they really are. And of course I don't give a fuck about the law. You have got to be kidding me.

  • @Xsighting101

Its people like you who think they are ENTITLED to owning a house. Buy what you can afford. Its not that difficult.

  • @Zorrachus

It doesn't matter what you think. I will destroy this house so no one else wants it..hahahah... Then in a few years, I will buy another one. And if I lose it, I will do the same fuckin thing. Now what bitch!

  • @Xsighting101

Typical response from an inbred piece of American shit. Maybe you should buy something you can afford, like a tent or a shed. You wait, someone with a shotgun will blow your head off and I will laugh.

  • @Zorrachus

I believe you are talking about your mother. Shame on you. That nasty whore is going to be mad at you. She will probably rip your tent to shreds. You fucktard!

  • @Xsighting101

Least I don't have 3 moms like you do, inbred donkey-raping shit eater. I OWN my own house. You probably just rent a basement.

  • @Zorrachus Who can buy a house for cash now?

  • @fashionhistorylover

Obviously not you, and that's not my problem. If you saved money you would be able to buy a house with cash.

  • DUMB people

  • I do not blame them. They were taken advantage of and lost everything. I lost my neighbor and best-friend after 19 years because of this. So If your about to loose everything take time to enjoy the little things >:) Because I can guarantee they don't give a D**n about you.

  • i used to rob foreclosed houses

    it ws cool

  • Don't mortgage what you can't afford, and don't buy what you can't afford and buy what you can afford in cash. Is it that hard to understand?

  • @Zorrachus

You sound like someone who doesn't have shit! Not everyone bought more than they could afford. The job market went south and people are struggling to pay their mortgage. Even City and County workers have been laid off. It is the economy you dumb fuck! But if they do take your house, fuck it up so no one else will want it and the banks will have to take a huge loss.

  • @Xsighting101

Yes, they did. If they need a mortgage to afford a house then they can't afford it. Buy it with cash! I have more than most people actually. Don't blame the economy, that is just using your own lack of responsibility to say it isnt your own fault. And you are a dumb fuck if you think that these people should be allowed to fuck up their house on purpose.

  • @Zorrachus What if these people could afford it but lost their jobs?

  • @fashionhistorylover

If they actually saved money, they wouldn't have to foreclose because of living paycheque to paycheque.

  • If your home gets foreclosed on, don't forget to strip the copper wire out of the walls! Its worth more then the toilets you have to upper deck the toilets, for the real tors and new owners.

  • I love columns! I would of taken them too!

  • I have noticed that when people are fucking up their homes, they are forgetting to fuck up the ceiling..lol You have to take a pole and shove it up and put holes in the ceiling. Take a bag of wet shit and throw it up in the attic. That would be priceless..lol

  • @912jumper ...dont 4get also 2 pour concrete mix down the toilet!!..that is very hard & expensive 2 fix..

  • @wilatemodel

Great Idea, wish I could've told my friend that before he lost his home.

  • no better to get out the bulldozer - hell yeah! america is finally waking up

  • @912jumper

    LMFAO! XD

  • $70,000 easy just to reinovate that house and that's just a nice number. This is a serious problem in socal people are very angry and it's only going to get worst 2010 when the option arm loans reset.

  • @DIJV79

Like I said, set that bitch on fire and watch the lender's money burn. Toast some marshmellows on that bitch.

  • I'd have burned the muthafucka down

  • @matelotgeek

Have a fuck this house up party is better. Have a set of friends do total destruction. I can get away with it because I live in a quiet neighborhood and my neighbors are seldom home. If I lose my house, I will fuck it up beyond belief. Then hire a little gangster to set that bitch on fire. Fuck the lenders and investors. They are greedy fuckin bastards.

  • Can't say I blame the homeowners. They have nothing to lose. Besides, institutions that have no compassion or consideration should expect the same treatment in return.

  • Ive seen worse there was a home in San Diego that the stairs where gone

  • Ahh, poor banks will lose money...Im sure Obama and Co will reimburse them...FUCK EM!

  • That means it comes out of YOUR tax dollars you stupid fucking asshole. Get a clue. Shitbag.

  • @SexSteakSoda

ha ha ha. Fuckin yeah baby. Fuckin shit and smear it all over the walls.. Going away present for the lender..lol Hire a little gangster to set that bitch on fire..lol

  • @eastwood13

Yup and fuck Ole Obama with his dumb ass useless speeches. All lip service, he isn't helping any homeowners.

  • @912jumper

    Why should he?

YOU bought the house. YOU got a mortgage. YOU bought something you obviously can't afford to buy outright. It' YOUR own fault.

  • @Zorrachus

And it is his right to destroy that motherfucker. Torch that bitch to the ground. Fuck the neighbors, let them look at burned wood for awhile. ahahahahahahahahahahahahah

  • @Xsighting101

Its not his right if he doesn't own it and he doesn't.

  • I'll probably be voted down, but the crisis we are having in real estate can be blamed on not only the banks, but the people who borrowed the money for these homes. Before you purchase a home, you should be financially literate. The banks knew they were lending money to financially illiterate people and should pay the price as well. Unfortunately, they aren't losing money because the government is bailing them out. I blame both the banks and the borrowers for their problems.

  • People are first who are to be blamed. Banks are working for profit. That is they are for. Greedy homeowners who wanted to ride a bubble are only victims of their stupidity.

  • @fatjackizback

Bullshit! The job market in Las Vegas is the worst in the country. So people who could well afford their homes hit a block wall when they lost their jobs. Obama came up with a fake ass plan called Hope for homeowners and none of the banks were willing to give that program a chance. No, they would rather take the homes. So I say fuck that house up as much as you can. Force the banks to take that loss. Fuck them, Obama bailed them out and they did nothing for the people.

  • @fatjackizback Not many knew they were going to be laid off after many years in the company would raise job security, and companies who would lay off hundreds of workers just to save profits and move their business to china, Many were doing fine but corporations were just being greedy.

  • @fatjackizback

I can agree with you that that borrowers bear as much blame as lenders as long as there wasn't any intentional fraud or deception or dodgy information etc. But given all the small print involved, I'd say it's a pretty rare case where some degree of deception isn't involved.

  • That's a small very small pay back after the traunces of mortgage pool investors, lenders, underwriters, brokers, and yes real estate agents set up and took part in the liar loans. And then told the media that it's home owners doing all the lying..

    No loss.

Now their taking some of that bail out money to hire the illegals to clean up the mess. They can sell it to the next (liar) sucker in line.

  • people should help the environment and leave the forclosers a heap of biochar - one big beautiful pile of ash - sell that you greedy bastards - wake up people - this is unacceptable

  • I wouldn't suggest that. (Even though I think you are joking) I have no problem with the vandalism of foreclosures, but arson is a serious felony. Innocent people could get hurt or killed and neighboring property could be destroyed.

  • i guess a bulldozer is a much better idea :)

  • They're surprised at people trashing these places ?? What do they expect ? I would destroy the place.....fuck the banks !!

  • The property is dicounted because of the damaged the banks have to take less. OH HEARTS AND FLOWERS ON THE SMALLEST VIOLEN IN THE WORLD.

  • wow what a house at such a low price. I am considering buying a condo up here in mtl canada and the one i'm looking at is 180000, maybe i should buy one of those houses, so nice!!! but seriously, i won't buy nothing because i know in advance i can't afford it without being on a very tight budget, it's just common sense.

  • wow nowadays this is nothing in Vegas. Good deal cuz its under 200K? lots under 100K now and good luck finding a job to pay for it.

  • Stay classy, America.

  • First off there are various reasons why homeowners may lose their homes not just because they could not afford them.

    yngwiefreak: Your comment is correct.

That's why the federal reserve system and IRS must be dismantled. It's fraud and Washington dc is controlled by the stock holder of central banks that owns and create the federal reserve system.

  • This is outrageous! Would you believe me if I told you that most of the loan officers or Fake Bank Loan offers already made their money and left town.

A loan officer would give you a "LIAR LOAN OR NINJA (NO INCOME NO JOB OR ASSET) LOAN. They know you can't afford it and they know how to make your monthly jump from $ 800 to $1780 in 6 to 1 year. They made their money in the first 6 months and working in another branch, district, or sitting at a beach! So sad!

  • I am fully aware of this action, I "volunteered" some time at a loan office while attaining building permits for a home(2003), I never did a loan- Thankfully G-D has blessed me in many ways, but I was able to turn down applicants (because I did not need or want short term money) because literally everyone would not qualify and would eventually fall into foreclosure after doing 2 minutes worth of math, none of this surprises me,

It was a type of economical cannibalism, and everyone was hungry

  • @jackies35 hey they got make a living sell the stuff you took no big deal

  • A bit stupid really, they know whose home it used to be, so they'll probably come after them to sue for the damages, making their problems even worse.

  • Nope.

Up until the moment that the house is formally foreclosed, the homeowner has a right to vandalize his own house all he wants.

  • Its more or less up to the bank to sue for damages then the authorities. Many states (including CT) dont have laws that forbid homeowners in foreclosure from destroying their properties. In many cases its futile for a bank to sue because its more time and money they have to waste to pursue these people, who probably wont have any money anyways considering they've already lost a huge investment.

  • They just file bankruptcy and don't have to pay

  • I am sure in the new economy of 09, credit rating will determine job security, meaning those with BK or heavily in debt will not be able to have certain jobs. It is already that way with police departments (unless you know the chief), I am sure it will spread to other governmental agencies, so I am sure a backlash will come in time.

  • That must be stopped via federal legislation. No employer should have the right to inquire into a prospective employee's credit rating. It's insane. Only time can ameliorate a foreclosure, but as for other debt collections--if bad credit OCCLUDES debtors from getting a job and an income, then how the hell are they afforded the opportunity to pay off their debts?! Just one of countless examples of how the system digs a deeper whole for you once you fall into one. Criminally sick and twisted

  • It's not job security. Credit rating will give people access to jobs with little to no security (more so in private sector than gov, e.g. police, etc.). Unions are weak. "Employment at Will" dominates in most states, meaning an employer doesn't even have to provide a legit REASON to terminate, much less give adequate notice or severance. This is what the Right Wing has accomplished since the 1980s: a "flexible" labor market with a surplus, disposable population to fill prisons with

  • @StandardJohnDoe I know its been a year, but if credit rating puts job security then it does not look good for Americans since most are out of work and on bad credit the ones losing would be the companies themselves for lack of customers willing to spend.

  • How the hell can they sue them for something they don't have?, there's nothing to sue for in these cases but they can press charges though.

  • Hahaha, hope people keep it up, fuck the banks put them all out of business, the only people buying homes are foreign investment firms. The problem is bad in the midwest, Ohio especially.

  • It amazes me that no one is addressing the real cause of foreclosures. Mortgage fraud. Not on the part of the homeowner, but the banks. Banks don't lend money. Your signature on the promissory note creates the funds that the bank drafts a check made out to you which you instantly sign back over to the bank thus creating the loan account. Your signature on the note paid for the house in full. The bank merely inserts itself in the scheme as servicer of the loan. The BANK NEVER OWNS THE HOUSE.

  • What is wrong with you people? If you can't make your payments, then the bank has every right to take the home from you.

  • Who is to say that bank was being stupid with your money? Homeowners with mortgages, from WaMu, and other banks lost their homes, even when they paid their mortgages in full and on time! Not saying you should destroy before a foreclosure, but hey do what you have to.

  • I encourage all people with homes about to be foreclosed to give those rotten banks the finger by trashing your homes. There isn't anything they can do about it, your ass is homeless now, the least they can do is accept the finger.

Fucking soulless monsters are the only people who could foreclose a house. They deserve to have bad things happen to them.

  • fuck the bank!!!!!!1

  • God bless THEM ...
