@JosyRockLee The blue one is "Mii (Outfit A)" and the red one is "Mii (Outfit B)" Mii outfit A is a racing jumpsuit in your mii's color, and mii outfit b is overalls if you are a boy, and girls get a blouse.

To get the mii outfit B, all you have to do is to get an expert staff ghost data in the time trials in every course. (To get the expert staff ghost data, all you have to do is beat the normal staff ghost data by a long shot!) Hope this helps!

When you look at the ghost datas, lets say in koopa kape they have something like 3 minutes, 5 seconds, then you beat that ghost by a very long shot, and you go back, and you see that there is a new ghost with 2 minutes, 41 seconds, then you will know that is the expert staff ghost data.
