Norrington was my favorite character since when i saw Curse of the Black Pearl in 2004.

It was a star wars style like film, what they did to Norrington's character was poor, He took the heart from Sparrow, which got Sparrow killed, then they kill Admiral Norrington off mid film, they should have made him a major character like Beckett or Jones for what he did to Jack, i wished they had him live.

There´s no other film I love more than PotC! Fell in love with it at once and I´m sure there´ll be no greater movie but PotC 4 - if we get the chance to let unbeatable genius and fantasy revive!

i hated beckett in the movies (he we're supposed to!) but i loved to hate him :D a truly wondrous character. and tom hollander is rly good!

norrie was the only character in the effing awe movie to do something for someone other than himself. oh, ok, jack helped will stab davey's heart, but he owed will that one. point is, what does norrie get? killed! so wrong!!

When you think about it, though, both of their deaths were honorable and admirable in some way.

James, obviously, knowingly and bravely sacrificed himself to protect Elizabeth, ensuring her safety and freedom. I seriously started crying during that scene. :)

Beckett just froze up like a little kid and didn't know what the hell to do. But instead of abandoning his ship like his crew, he took his death proudly (though he was clearly pissed). :D

Beckett and Norrington MUST come back. ^_^

"Nothing personal, jack, it's just good business." Lol. Oh, to respond to FlickaGirl214- I like Will, yes. But everyone loves Will! Same problem with Jack. This way, I can at least PRETEND that no one else wants Becky.
