Sandy, Ah-h... the internet. I've looked before but no Alessandra. Unforgettable. St. Marks Pl. late 70's. The film is almost as touching as finding you. How you say...? OMG
I guess you remember Jethroe. haha I'll not continue more. Would like/love to hear from you. Can we talk? Ira Searched for dojo people... now I think I remember the name Ken.
Yes I'd like to know what the music is too. I know that the first piece was used as the theme music for a TV series called "The Real Thing" by James Burke on BBC, around 1979. I've been looking for it for ages but haven't been able to find out what it was.
Oh, and I love the way "Agnes"'s signature in the letter includes the accent. Agnes is transformed from a dowdy old bird (on the Scrabble board) to a chic widow (the letter) in my mind, all because of a little slash above the "e". It's the little details...
this is Jethro Sandy's son .. my mother does not use the internet... you can find me however.... on Facebook or jethro earthlink net

That song was on a movie, which I know is very vague, but I'm thinking it was Amelie or something?
Anyway, this was WONDERFUL! Supremely made & powerful - those two actors are adorable, as well. I loved this :)

It's by Erik Satie in the 1880's. Pretty famous piece. You'd have to be living under a rock to go through your life without hearing it a few times.

I loved the music, acting, and concept.
My sister and mom play a game of scrabble every saturday, I shall send this on to them!
Good job!

Emotionsmama, thank you for pointing out it was Satie. For everyone else, the piece is one of Saties' Gnossiennes, I think number 1.

I'm kicking myself to figure out the first piece because it's so familiar, but the second piece is Brian Eno's Music For Airports

Thanks so much to everyone for all the great feedback!
PS - the first musical piece is by Erik Satie.

Yes, it's one of the Gnossiennes, I think the first.

May I, with Sandy's permission, have a phone number or email so I can make contact?
Guess I can return here for reply. If there's a way to provide my contact info securely, pls advise me. Thanks. Wow! Ira

What a seismic game of Scrabble!
This is a brilliant little film. A full-lenth movie of 2 hours film might not be able to elicit such emotion.
How bold and daring Sandy is as she confronts Harry with nary speaking a word.

"Sod" should have been eight points since it is the first word on the board. It is a well directed effort though. Great work.
