  • Amazing Chords, Could you make a tab for me? (only the part with the chords with the Landau sound)

  • MORE PORNO !!

amazing tone you have there. keep posting stuff like that ahhah

  • hahah you got 'em WHOOPED on youtube, Dave! STUPID GOOD SOUNDS and 240p resolution! These videos are probably the finest examples of a series/parallell configuration at its best available to the pulbic! Happy Holidays and God Bless...

  • Amazing gear and chords choice!!!!

  • Thanks.

  • The Landau style sound at the very beginning is amazing!...can you tell me what is on that particular sound (i.e in terms of the effects used...) The chorus is entirely the TC 1210 right?

    Thanks for the demo!

  • Thanks. I am using a PCM 70 Hall Reverb, TC 1210 and two PCM 42 Delays set at 500 and 250ms.

  • @RACKDOCTOR

Thanks for sharing that bit of info! I got a T.C. G-System and I'm dying to get these type of tones out of that bad boy. You come up with some killer tones my man!

  • is there any modulation ( chorus) coming from the pcm 42s?

  • No. Just the TC 1210.

  • is there any modulation ( chorus) coming from the pcm 42s? thanks!

  • What is the point of a W/D/W rig? How does having a dry channel benefit the sound?

  • It allows for the true amp tone to remain uneffected and give a speciousness when you add the outer cabs in stereo.

  • @RACKDOCTOR If I were to run 2 stereo amps, and only use 1 side of 1 amp for the dry channel, would I have to use a dummy load on the unused side?

  • Here are some other options.

    1. (WET/WET) Send out to the front of two amps with no dry center.

    2. (WET/DRY) Plug into one amp, come out of the send of the effects loop of that amp into the processing then into the effects return of the second amp.

All amps have to feed a speaker or Load box.

  • Sorry, and line mixer what is it? Controlled by Boss pedal?

  • The Line Mixer was custom buily by L.A. Sound Design. The mixer level is controlled by BOSS FV500L. Blends the wet in with the dry.

  • @RACKDOCTOR One of the best suonds that I ever heard. Really BEAUTIFUL, all the best form Italy. Luca

  • It is an L.A. Sound Design mixer built in the interface.

  • how much does a rig like this cost?

  • What type of chorus in the intro? Only Tc 1210?

  • Just the 1210 and some reverb.

  • Only TC 1210.

  • Dude is this Dann Huff? form Giant?

    he's awesome!

  • i have a hh v800 power amp for sale-- its recently been professionally serviced.. drop a line if interested!

  • lol, don't forget that volume knob :P Sick tones though man.

  • I want this rig SO BADDDD...

    old Landau tones rule...

  • That isn't Mike Landau playing? Don't recognize the face..

  • Yeah, indeed. All the visual and sonic aspects prove that, including the song "Johnny Swing" at 2:10.

  • i wish i had that in my studio! those are definitly the ultimate clean tones! sounds magnificent

  • Jaw dropping!

    Thanks for the post RACKDOCTOR!

  • Miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiike Landau plays Pink floyd in studio and part of his songs (Johnny Swing). This is unique

  • How versatile is the Spec Op head? I was offered a trade for one and contemplating it. I don't use many effects, just a touch of reverb and delay on the lead and clean channels.

  • The Spec Op is very verstile. Amazing clean and really intense lead tone. More on the modern side.

  • how much would that all cost and how much would the cheapest coast adn whats it all called?

  • About 5K. It is called a Wet/Dry/ Wet System.

  • hey what do you use to link all your fx pedals into your rack so you can controll them with a midi foot switch??

  • The midi switcher is hooked up to a custom rack interface via a three pin cable that carries midi and power down to the floor.

  • wow that tone is stunning

  • Thanks.

  • That has to be Dave Phillips? Eee??? if not, you look and play like him!
