  • In the past, black inhabitants of the US didn’t have citizen rights and couldn’t be citizens. One named Dred Scott stood up for this and took this case to Supreme Court in what was known as Dred Scoot vs. Sandford. I will always side with freedom because this is what this country swore to.

  • im also duing a dumb project

  • Its truly sad that the Republican party. The party of LIncoln doesn't resemble the Republicans of today. The Lincoln Republicans were about "All Men (and women) were created equal". Now we are seeing how tea baggers want to roll back civil rights, use a second ammendment remedy, and depress the vote through propaganda and intimidation. This is the strangest mid term phenomena for poitical Science majors will study for a very, very long time! They thought people were a kin to farm equipment.

  • Dred Scott was a conspiracy by Southern Scum to say blacks were not human in the eyes of the law.

Dred Scott meant blacks had no more rights that a pile of shit. They were property, not human.

The South did this in order to force slavery into the territories.

Southern Scum knew they NOT spread slavery legally or honestlys. Davis, Taney, Toombs, Buchanan, and others decided to use Dred Scott decision as a way to spread slavery.,

    It didnt work
