Solid Playing, not a fan of pinch harmonics but it sounded nice, you don't overuse them like Zakk does.

Also, have you considered using your pinky more often? From what I saw you only used it for the tapping lick in the solo.

hey thanks man. Ive been playing for about 3.5 years now I guess. As for the noise gate, I got it at a guitar center in maryland. You can also order them of musicians friend online. Its just a Boss NS-2 they run about $80 on Musicians Friend and $100 in Guitar Center but I talked them down to $75.

Havent played the Dixie, but I love the FBD. It may be a little overpriced brand new but I got mine used for $350 so I couldn't be happier with it. Id go for it but maybe check used first.

Yeah man, its a great guitar. I got mine for really cheap, and I wouldnt reccomend getting it brand new for $900 but if you can find it used its a good guitar.

I like it better than the 5150 and 6505, although others may disagree with that. Its great for hard rock and metal like Ozzy Pantera, Metallica, Megadeth, etc. Cleans also arent really too bad, they could be better, but if you use a good bridge pickup, they sound really good. On the halfstack version, the crunch channel has more gain than on the 1X12 Combo Im using. Anyway, I would recommend trying one out to see if its to your liking, but I honestly love it.

Hey its not a problem man. Im working on some Megadeth, but their solos kill me, haha. I can do a lot of rhythm stuff but none of the solos really. Anyway, the pickups are the stock pickups that come in the guitar. Its a Seymour Duncan Dimebucker in the bridge, and a stock dean neck pickup. Its acctually a really nice neck pickup, a lot better than my Schecter or Fenders.
