Having the Super delegates finish off this race with their own election is like basically ignoring the voices of the people who voted all across the country over 6 months and basically decide the nominee based on the votes of some less than 1000 superdelegates. Therefore if Clinton's basis for the Florida-Michigan argument is for their voices to be heard, the reality and her intentions to stay in the race contradicts that whole argument. If anyone thinks i'm wrong, let me know what you think
and i say that about Florida and Michigan even though the media doesn't point out, because, if her reasoning behind the argument to include delegates for michigan and florida is because their voices havent been heard and they need to be, then she better be able to win the primaries w/out the superdelegates. but the reality is that she can't do that. she has to hope that the superdelegates vote for her in the end, and everyone knows that that is the last thing the party wants to do
also, she repeatedly reminded us that she cares the most about a Democrat taking the white house. But here's the situation: There's no way for her to win except if the superdelegates vote for her which she no longer has the advantage over obama and was the last thing she led over obama. If she wants to stay in the race assuming that's her only way to win, she better drop the whole Michigan and Florida argument because that argument no longer clicks at this point
I think Hillary is a great candidate, but the longer she stays in from this point, the more i am disappointed in her. It's clear to me that she knows her game is over but she's letting her self interest and personal glory get in the way of thinking rationally.
i'm an independent voter, and no disrespect to the clinton supporters, but this race is essentially over. She maybe a better candidate for many people, but the reality is that by her staying in, this is hurting the chances of a democrat winning the white house. McCain should not be taken lightly. If hillary really cares for the best interests of the party like she claimed all along, the only way to support that claim is for her to drop out of this race as soon as possible.
i don't get where she gets her confidence from..., she made a narrow way out in Indiana and Obama had once again broaden the gap by winning by roughly a 9 point margin in NC. All she has is bluffing.
Hillary is "TOAST" "pandering failed." Now she claims Obama dose not want to sit FL & MI!they signed agreements, they will not count: but Obama did agree for re-vote as longs as REPs & IND participate but Hillary want it closed only for DEMs!he refused! but is willing to give 10% win to her & sit FL&MI!

I don't think I'd like to have a president reading a simple speech from a stupid piece of paper! SPEAK FROM YOUR HEART!!! NOT FROM A FREAKING PAPER!! Sorry Hillary...please try again next leap year! Thanks :)
YES, together we beat Obama!!!! Clinton and McCain fans unite!! I'm from Indiana and I voted Hillary today. Obama will be stopped. Republicans would rather face Clinton!!!!
she will win because the Republican wants her to win (look at the way she voted to support Bush), and the Republican control all the electronic voting machines. Those e-vote machine can be used to flip the result easily. Do a research on electronic voting machine people.
she seems she wins North Carolina and Indiana like a big victory she's a witch, a liar hate much Obama still ahead Hillary you can't be nominated. You can't steal Obama's deleguates
Whatever ghost of a chance Clinton still has now lies in counting the totally bogus FL & MI primaries, so you can expect her to campaign ceaselessly to include them. I wonder if she has any idea how de-legitimizing a victory based on going back on her own agreement would be? It is a wonderful source of flag waving BS, to be sure. She can talk very earnestly about wanting to count every vote, now, just like she'd like to get out of the war, now. Well, the Iraq war-she wants to "obliterate" Iran.
She is all about herself. Her supporters aren't loyal democrats, either. The superdelegates have started comming over. Big ones. Wake up, Hillary. Play by the rules. You are a spoiled child.
that what i don't understand she is hang her self hoping Michigan and Florida will work out for her and .... her self she know ther own rules as a democrate you know she is just a selfish greedy devil she don't think about us because if she is realy do thinking about the people and care about them she will get her self out so Obama can face the devil mccain but she is just there like a cancer
1- Many people didn't vote because they thought it wasn't going to count. So if they had all voted, the results most likely would have been different.
2- Obama's name wasn't on the ballot in Michigan. Even taking that into account, she only got 55% of the vote.
3- No one was allowed to campaign in those states. She's a known quantity. It's proven that when he does campaign anywhere, he either wins it or comes very close.
I agree on all counts. And I'd add that Obama has gained a lot of support from Obamacans and Independents. Since they were told that the Democratic primaries wouldn't count these people were much more likely to focus on the Republican primaries, which were undecided at that point.
go obama god blass you and help you amen i can't wait to wake from this 8 years nightmare my god i realy cant wait and hillary voters they better get up and chose for them self identity because when democrat member say that i will vote for mccain if hillary she is not the nomination this is sick and low identity voters level in hillary side and
i'm still wonder why alot of her supporters leaving her for obama for hillary voters if they are willing to vote for mccain why they are in it as a democrat from the beginning ?
Her campaign is clearly running out of money and she's not winning! If cant figure out, its time to QUIT, then she is a BAD politician! She is not worried with you! Its ALL about BUSINESS to her! She needs to pay back the lobbists.......thats clear! And if u elect her, then America is the DUMBEST nation in the world and u deserve all u get!
Hillary should step down for the best interest of the party. By the way Hillary if you did want to count Michigan and Florida, Im sorry but this still puts you behind Obama - do the maths! I think its over Hillary! Save yourself for your case hearing in California scheduled later this year for FRAUD! (google it) By the way you husband is currently sleeping with Canadian Billionaire Politician Belinda Stronach! (Google it Hillary!!)
The numbers might be in Osama's side for the nomination, but having said this, there is no way Barack can win the general elections if she isn't his vice president.
Will the Clinton's ever do the right thing? Have you ever seen a more narcissistic, selfish bunch? At this point it couldn't be clearer that they have NO regard for the party or the country....just the Clintons. Perhaps your dead father should have taught you the sense of fair play and humility in defeat, instead of just how to hunt. DROP OUT BILLERY!

Let's instead vote for real change and elect Rev. Wright as President and Obama as Vice President -- Clintons lifted more families out of poverty and left a balanced budget and surplus. If that's what voting for Clinton means then count me in. I smell Gore in the air!
You're mama looks like a tomato...without the cash. -- Looks like Obama might get the nomination but I can't wait for the election where he too will go down in history as an african american who almost became president.
shouldnt they be sooooooooo f@cking bootlickers, the race would be over. they keep saying she has a chance, she has a chance. no, she has not, stupid. what kind of journalists are those who cant do the math?
the math will be decided at the convention... Neither one of them will have enough to clinch the deal before then -- I bet Osama wishes he never made that "bitter" comment or had engaged in dealings with Rezko or his connection with the Weatherman himself. Many compare Obama to JFK...I just hope history doesn't repeat itself!
They're smart enough to know politics. Here's what happened in my view: Obama came out stronger than expected and with a tentative lead in the early primaries. HRC wasn't totally worried though, cause they planned to win this nomination on Super Tuesday. Came Super Tuesday however they lost that too winning less votes and less delegates. That not only put them further behind in the race, but what's even worse, they didn't have a plan for the rest of the primaries.
So HRC got all but annihilated in the Feb primaries. HRC's only chance was a massive blowout in Ohio and Texas. That's when she started the kitchen sink. But it was a stupid strategy because her chances were already so slim that Limbaugh already announced his operation chaos for these same primaries banking on her inability to win it. And I agree with Limbaugh's assessment on that one at least. Then after Ohio/TX came out with a pathetic 4 delegates net gain for HRC it was basically over.
Obama was going to win it anyway from there on in. The only difference that his whooping victory last night made is that hopefully superdelegates will push to end this sooner now.
Coming back to Limbaugh: Let's face it, Republican pundits are much more effective at steering their sheep on the "right" course and they have exploited HRC's kamikaze course superbly. You could say the DNC has failed in that department.
Also, the fact that she wants to count Mich. when Obama wasn't even on the ballot, and Florida when nobody campaigned there, shows what a cheating conniving self-serving bitch she is. Win at all costs? Isn't that a Bush ideology?
hillary is sooo obviously fake. she is so horrible. multi millionaire btch. seriously, veracifier disappoints me, and all the subscribers on how pro hillary they are. OBAMA 08 !!! OBAMA is leading in the popular vote, and the delegate vote! She has no chance of winning. She should go to bosnia, and continue with her sniping.
Its funny how Hillary has to look down on her speech notes because when you are a fake-ass lying bitch you have to keep track of your lies. Notice how Obama gives 40 min. speeches and doesn't have to look down on notes. Its all heart baby.
I love Hillary, I am sooo sick of the Obama Joke media slam/bias!!!! He is only in touch with HIS EGO, it is only about getting to white house what about after? There are no Ideas- Visions-Green Energy Fund- What is up With THAT? Give me MEAT and Potatos- Where's the BEEF? Where's the BEEF? Give Fla and MI their votes!!! These are HUGE STATES! Are we not the DEMOCRATs? Lets act like it! Lets ACT LIKE AMERICANS AGAIN, LETS BE, BE BE! AMERICANS AGAIN, Barack is TAKING AWAY our AMERICAN-NESS!!!
Wouldn't it be hilarious if it turned out she didn't win? Man, that would hurt. It was a 2% difference a bit ago. A 19,000 vote difference. I think it's possible.
"I am running to be the President of all America - North, South, East, West and everywhere in between. That's why it's important that we count Florida and Michigan."
Absolutely nobody is buying Limbaugh's bullshit "Operation Chaos" thing. Come on. Name three people you know who have voted Obama because Rush said so. You can't do it. NOBODY CAN.
Nobody has voted Obama because Rush said so, because Rush didn't say so. He said to vote for Hillary because "we need Obama bloodied up" (his words). Republicans are smart enough to know that Obama is going to be their opponent in the fall.
Tie-breaker? Full speed to the White House? Victory? So close? Wow, she's stupid. Dumb, incompetent, disgusting. Try winning 90% of the remaining contests, cause that's what you need to catch up in pledged delegates, dummy. Oh and stop copying Obama's speeches you pathetic phony.
seriously. She is FURTHER behind because of these two primaries. She won 75 delegates and obama won 95. She is now 140- 150 delegates behind obama. "its so close". Yes it was. Out of the 1.2 MILLION people who voted in indiana, she won by 22,000. thats less than 2 percent. Face it. Obama is going to win. And rightly so. We need real leadership, not someone who sat on the board of directors for Wal-Mart. You wanna see how "smart" hilary is? check out the interview with Oreily. Obama 08 !
The news just said that every non-definitive vote helps Obama because it makes it more difficult (now almost impossible) for Hillary to catch up. In the true American style it will take the superheroes, I mean super-delegates, to save the day.
Hillary is too stupid to know when she has lost. She also lies. I dont want that in the White House. She asks for money all the time. She is in debt and would like to recoup some of her loses. Wake up, Hillary. It is going to be Obama or McCain.
This chick is evil- but I would still vote for her over McCain (assuming she stole the nomination from Obama). Anyone who says they would vote for McCain- well you might as well vote for Bush again because that's what you're gonna get. And anyone who, given the chance, would vote for Bush again needs to have their head examined. For real. What planet are these McCain supporters living on. No wonder this country is so completely f'd up. Clueless people are allowed to vote.
You would be happy to vote for the guy who went before the UN and lied his ass off about Iraq? This war that is gonna cost us TRILLIONS of dollars, has led to millions of Iraqi refugees, hundreds of thousands killed, millions of lives ruined. And you favor Bush/McCain economic policies to those of Obama?! I guess the 9 trillion dollars in debt Bush racked up is not enough for you. Tax breaks for the rich while everyone else struggles to pay for gas and medical care. WTF is wrong with you.
I'm staring at the 48% vs. 52% ... and all the pledged delegates... and how far behind she is... and I can only hope to get my hands on whatever she's smoking that allows her to believe she's "heading full speed towards the white house"...
Sean Hannity knows something. That is all I will say because that is all I know. But Sean Hannity knows something and he's waiting for the most opportune time to release it.
If she wins, I can already hear her shrill, hypocritical voice announcing that its "in our Nation's best interests to bomb Iran." She's a neo-con in donkey-wool.
Don't Surrender Hillary. Obama is a good leader. Gillary, you are a good leader.

bushputz 3 years ago 2
Also, the fact that she wants to count Mich. when Obama wasn't even on the ballot, and Florida when nobody campaigned there, shows what a cheating conniving self-serving bitch she is. Win at all costs? Isn't that a Bush ideology?
buckson123 3 years ago
hillary is sooo obviously fake. she is so horrible. multi millionaire btch. seriously, veracifier disappoints me, and all the subscribers on how pro hillary they are. OBAMA 08 !!! OBAMA is leading in the popular vote, and the delegate vote! She has no chance of winning. She should go to bosnia, and continue with her sniping.
dudewithcomedy1 3 years ago
Its funny how Hillary has to look down on her speech notes because when you are a fake-ass lying bitch you have to keep track of your lies. Notice how Obama gives 40 min. speeches and doesn't have to look down on notes. Its all heart baby.

With her trailing in the delegate count by this much anything short of an overwelming victory is a loss for Clinton

Wow, that is spin. She is now further behind in delegates and votes but has turned that around by saying she has 'broken the tie'?

Absolutely nobody is buying Limbaugh's bullshit "Operation Chaos" thing. Come on. Name three people you know who have voted Obama because Rush said so. You can't do it. NOBODY CAN.
DerekTheComic 3 years ago
You may be right but I don't know anyone who listens to that fool.
syrupcore 3 years ago
Nobody has voted Obama because Rush said so, because Rush didn't say so. He said to vote for Hillary because "we need Obama bloodied up" (his words). Republicans are smart enough to know that Obama is going to be their opponent in the fall.

Tie-breaker? Full speed to the White House? Victory? So close? Wow, she's stupid. Dumb, incompetent, disgusting. Try winning 90% of the remaining contests, cause that's what you need to catch up in pledged delegates, dummy. Oh and stop copying Obama's speeches you pathetic phony.

supersonicslowmotion 3 years ago
Obama 08 !
baker98745 3 years ago
22,000 is probably less than she got from Limbaugh's operation chaos.

Full speed ahead....to failure!

The news just said that every non-definitive vote helps Obama because it makes it more difficult (now almost impossible) for Hillary to catch up. In the true American style it will take the superheroes, I mean super-delegates, to save the day.

It's not a tie if you are so far behind you can't catch up.

Hillary is too stupid to know when she has lost. She also lies. I dont want that in the White House. She asks for money all the time. She is in debt and would like to recoup some of her loses. Wake up, Hillary. It is going to be Obama or McCain.
Iambigcougar 3 years ago 7
I am a democrat, but if it is up to vote for Obama or McCain then I am going to vote for McCain.
Too affraid to vote for a guy like Omaba this time.
