@brmiau try running full speed while trying not to get tackled, some very small people play NRL such as Preston Campbell, very good rugby league player, he's a very good side stepper and can get around really big players, and then theres the speed you need to get away after making a line break, and try running full speed and having 3 guys smash into you and then getting up and going it again, requires great mental skill, and rugby is actually a very fast game, aline break can happen in 1 second
