H'oh, I have my audition for visual arts there this Saturday but I want to go to DASH more :D I'm exited though, both schools are great.

I didn't make it to New World, lol. I laughed when I found out I got rejected, but I didn't care much since I got accepted to the other one :D

LOL i cried for  like a whole day my eyes got so damn puffy! but like i realized that dance isnt the only thing in my life. now im starting to do so many sports!!

I only know of the college dance division keep in mind. They mostly only award scholarships/financial aid to international students or if you're out of state. Doesn't really make sense to go there if you are a Florida resident and have to pay the full tuition if you can't afford it just like someone out of state or the USA...now isn't that something.

Just don't waste your time with the college dance division. They will strip you of your ballet technique. Also, if you are so unlucky as to get injured they will ask you to leave and get into another profession! If you get sick you are required to attend class regardless and if you miss a couple days they lower your grade a whole letter with each day you miss, and then kick you out.

Go to Alvin Ailey School or Martha Graham school!!!! =) I LOVED it there!

i really want to go there next year since i was to scared to audition the last time. my biggest question is, that if u sign up there, will u be able to do something else when you graduate instead of just music?

Yes, the very best teachers in all of the academics apply to teach there because of the quality of students there. The school doesn't mess around, you must keep your grades up. Facing rejection is part of life for auditioning for music, dance, acting, etc....don't be afraid, just 'Do It' and learn from the experience. Good luck!
