Obama's record on economics has always based on his short record and votes has been tax increases. He says he would "cut taxes" for 95% people which is impossible when 40% don't even pay taxes. Earning more than 250K doesn't mean you're rich. It just means you're not suffering, and it's easier for you to contribute a little than someone earning 70K.

By the way 250K and up means people earning $1 Million a year, $10 Million a year, $500 Million a year, or more.
