@olliemagick I know. They should have encouraged them to use the back of the paper. This was when the home PC was new. Now, we are in the digital age wth email, text, chat and smartphones.
This case was solved by the team before jamal got done typing on the computer or any of them actually got done writing anything down in the notebooks.
Wait just a minute, I know this is just a kids tv show, but there are a lot of things I saw. First, when Gabby was writing the words that GW found, she had written them perfectly and in a certain way so that they can be matched up. And, the same handwriting was not the same as it was when they finally put it together. It is just so funny that I noticed this now. I loved watching it so much as a kid!
@benniquaid One in the corner of the computer lab appeared to have Windows 3.1 on it. I remember when I was in high school in 95, we had those IBM computers
I had such a crush on Lenni as boy, watching this show. Her personality and and her catchy songs won me over really quickly. Also l identified with Alex Fernandez a lot as I was always reading mysteries both in school and at home. Unlike him thought I was the younger sibling in my family.
i know he types incredibly slow but tehn again this was when people hadn't invented the proper way of typing he is doing the typing with his two index fingers.
@MidnightRose77 but did anyone noticed that in the brinker episode, he's typing properly? ...and fast? especially when he is venting to the screen. Then, he reverted. So weird.
Well, it would be extremely difficult to read it if he typed faster, this show is -after all- meant to make kids read. Also, the show was aimed at like 10-13 year olds
@joserdm the crazy thing is that I could type properly and fast at 8 (not chicken-pecking), because my father was a computer scientist and I was on my commodore 64 at the age of 3. ay yi yi, commodore 64!
I find it kind of ironic that Alex is so sure that Rob's the one putting up the smears when he's just going to wind up on the team later on in the episode arc. Does anyone else think so?
What's the name of the song playing in the background while Lenni is reading the book? I know I have heard it before, but I am dying to listen to it again!
No problem. I've loved that song since I was kid. You'll find it on either itunes or get his greatest hits CD. I got his greatest hits album. It's really good. If you get it, you'll like I Do Love You and Summertime.
Man, these kids waste a TON of paper.

I'd rather watch paint dry then watch Jamal type on the computer.
Rakerong 2 years ago 27
@Rakerong The paint would dry and begin cracking in the time it would take Jamal to type this same sentence
dcmack1984 11 months ago 3
@Rakerong Hey, he's gotten faster since the first episode. XD
ShadowHostage 10 months ago
"the period after guy. That would be the end of a sentance!"
"And only begins with a capital letter. So that would be the beginning of a new sentance."
Classic. No wonder I write so well. Thank you Ghoswriter Team!!
