There is no "Live" for PC games. The only PC games that you have to pay over-time for are MMORPGS (Such as WoW), but for almost all other games, such as the CoD series, you just need to buy the game, and have an active internet connection and you can play whenever you want ( You just have to download a few patch updates for it, but that only takes like 15minutes), however long you want without paying anything.
